A great crew provided great food and service in a surprising uncrowded Waffle House

LIFE OF AN EXPEDITER
I sent my co driver over to get me the All-Star breakfast, with eggs, grits, toast, sauage patties, and a waffle. I wanted a double cheese burger.
What I got was a breakfast with no eggs, nothing to put on my waffle and cold food. The double cheese burger was cold and everything was just thrown together with no mayo.
Then they charge a service fee for togo orders plus a togo order fee. This was an extra $6.00 and my bill was over $30.00 for just me. I go to Waffle House a lot and this just made me not want to ever go there again. Another woke business like Cracker Barrel.

I don't see the need in soo much butter!!! And my eggs weren't done and the tea was not good either. Waffle House has gone down hill in general IMO.

This was a very slow, Waffle House. The eggs were very dry, the staff talked too much and the Waffle we ordered, a chocolate chip waffle, came virtually uncooked with about a dime size amount of chocolate chips. Too much talking and not enough paying attention to the food.

if i could give 10 stars, I would. I was the only one in dining at the time, (I cant wrap my head around it, it being across the street from a truck stop), but the 2 waitresses and the cook couldn't have been any nicer! the food was great, hospitality was great, cleanliness was amazing. glad I got to stop in.

Been sitting here for 15 minutes, no hello, no we'll be right with you, no nothing. Not even busy... going on 20 minutes, This is ridiculous, we should leave. Folks have been served drinks that came in after us. 20 minutes now. Still, nothing. We leaving

In Madison, we call this the good Waffle House. It's worth crossing the interstate, which is the highest praise you can give a Waffle House.

The food is always delicious and served just how I like it!! Kolton is the best cook, the food is always perfect. My server Erin Alexis is one of a kind. I always go to this location because of her awesome attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. She’s the sweetest and I always witness her willingness to help other servers out too! Highly recommend this location and Erin as your server!
Interesting this is the first Waffle House I have ever been to that doesn’t do take out and I’m a traveler needing my food to go 🤦🏼1:20 am

Even with only one person, this place is the best. There was 7 others in there, yet I never felt i was having to wait to long. And as always food is amazing.
