Customer service at this Wendy’s was genuinely good—friendly and fast. The food was what you'd expect, no complaints there. Just a note: don’t be afraid to throw a dash of salt on the fries next time!

Fed myself and my adult twins for like $20 bucks. That's crazy. Food was hot,fresh, delicious and fast! We had a 5 hour ride ahead so the fast part was clutch

Stopped in for fish sandwiches and fries for lunch. Dining room was closed for remodel so drive through was our only option. The very friendly lady (honestly the only positive) at the window asked us to pull up to the “gate” as they were frying our fish. 12 minutes later a guy walks out with our food. The fish was a bit over cooked as it was a bit chewy The fries were over salted and luke warm at best. No napkins in the bag. And hubby’s large 1/2 and 1/2 iced tea was all sweet tea. This was possibly the worst Wendy’s experience we’ve had at any location.

Terrible. It took over 15 minutes to get 2 spicy chicken meals. Not spicy at all. Shortage of mayo. Mine was the size of a quarter. Tomato the tip of the tomato. It was the size of a cherry tomato . No flavor at all. The employees were arguing with each other.
Burnt patties and they where about half the size as normal. Service mediocre. Just here is your stuff and shuts the window on us

I feel like good customer service is so rare in the fast food industry today that when it occurs it should be celebrated. I made a quick pit stop off this exit for a late lunch/early dinner. The two gentlemen working on Tuesday 2-18 around 4pm were exceptional. You could hear kindness in the voice of the one taking my order. He remained so polite and genuine from start to finish. Service was fast, order was correct and the food was good. Well done!
