The place is clean. The employees were very nice. I had to wait a minute for the food. Because they are short-staffed. Other than that, I will be back.

Need some new night shift workers. The food was old and the meat was nasty. The nuggets was gross and the French fries were old and had no salt. When we got there the lights were off and then when we got to the window the girl lacked customer service skills. When you asked a question she huffed like a toddler. She talked to the other worker the whole time while we were at the window complaining about not staying until 12 when they close at 11.

I came through here in the drive-through on July 23rd, First of all, there were two people at once trying to talk to me over the speaker, I then finally ordered a grilled chicken wrap and a baked potato, They practically threw the bag at me. My daughter opened my food to see how it looked because we always have bad luck when we go out to eat, and my chicken wrap was not edible. All the chicken looked hard and old, so I didn’t even eat it.
And my baked potato looked and smelled old as well, I took one small bite out of potato and spit right back out As it tasted burnt and old
I have tried to get in touch with someone About this experience in getting my refund and I still have not received any refund or response
I will not be going back

Ordered a Taco Salad, it was missing salsa, tortia chips, salad dressing and sour cream. They gave me crackers with no receipt. The sandwiches was smothered mayonnaise. We asked for military discount because we are veterans and was told, they do not give anyone discount. We looked Wendy's military discount prior to pulling up to the window and they do offer military discounts. We will pass this location the next time we travel this way.

Bathrooms and interior were clean. Ordered mobile in store pickup. They stated that I had to pick up my order in the drive through due to an internal issue. While waiting in the drive through, the employees were using profanity on the microphone and the drive through was extremely slow (hence why I always order in store pickup). Glad I checked my order in the drive though because they only gave me half my order.

No coffee at 8:30am. Ordered 2 burritos in drive-thru. Waited 10 mins at door as instructed. Door locked, couldn’t get in restaurant. Cars behind us were served and got food and left. We are still here waiting for paid for food. Kinda strange.

Food is fine. Be prepared to wait like 15 min at drive thru. It tempting to think they're doing good because the line is usually short. But don't be fooled it's only short because everyone knows to avoid ordering here unless they have plenty of time.

Customer service at this Wendy’s was genuinely good—friendly and fast. The food was what you'd expect, no complaints there. Just a note: don’t be afraid to throw a dash of salt on the fries next time!
