Customer service at this Wendy’s was genuinely good—friendly and fast. The food was what you'd expect, no complaints there. Just a note: don’t be afraid to throw a dash of salt on the fries next time!

I feel like good customer service is so rare in the fast food industry today that when it occurs it should be celebrated. I made a quick pit stop off this exit for a late lunch/early dinner. The two gentlemen working on Tuesday 2-18 around 4pm were exceptional. You could hear kindness in the voice of the one taking my order. He remained so polite and genuine from start to finish. Service was fast, order was correct and the food was good. Well done!

They got 2 of my orders incorrect. Mine, didn't give me what I ordered. My wife's order wasn't correct either. They didn't give her her right order. The only thing correct was the frosty.
