Service slow, workers not doing their job they just talking around. My food look like someone bit it, worker had an attitude when I asked for a sauce and I find that distasteful.

Love it.

This is one of my babies' favorite places to eat. The dining room is always clean, which is something I rarely see in fast food chains. Also, I want to give them a shot out. They were the only restaurant I saw for the Christmas holiday season that decorated. Way to go!

They have a nice variety of different things on their menu. And there somewhat fast with service.

I came here out of town and got a boneless wings meal, I waited 40 mins and didn’t get what I asked for. I asked for butter on both sides of my toast and it was a little dab on one side. Extremely sad.

Went in today on Easter April 20,2025 on the way back to sc from south ga . The sign said it didn’t close until 8pm I arrived at 6:55pm and ALL THREE DOORS WERE LOCKED ! I tried every door finally a customer let me in and the blonde hair “manager” (if you even want to call her that) woman got so mad that she started yelling at the people in line stating, “the lobby is closed .” When I responded back with,” it is 7:01 pm and the sign on the doors say you don’t close until 8:00pm .”she got mad and sent another female worker to go make sure the doors were locked and told her to pull the signs down off the door. (I had already took a picture of the sign prior to her taking it down.) I was waiting for an online order and people in line with me started placing online orders because she was REFUSING to even take anyone’s order . A guy in front of me called the store (FROM THE LINE IN THE LOBBY) and she answered the phone he asked if she was going to take any orders and she told him ,” no ! we are closed !” The guy said ,” oh , really because you have a line around the building and I’ve been standing in line for over 30 minutes and I’m looking at you .” FINALLY she decided to take the people in line orders with the nastiest attitude. Then she said ,”she was going to REJECT THE ONLINE ORDERS .” and EVEN TOLD ONE OF THE COOKS TO TURN OFF ONLINE ORDERS !!” Now mind you it’s still during their posted hours ! Many people were calling because they couldn’t get their online orders and with each phone call she kept telling people to go to the doors and she would let them in . There were several unhappy customers waiting outside waiting on their order that they paid for ! A customer who was waiting on their order said it is like this EVERY WEEKEND ESPECIALLY WHEN THE BLONDE LADY IS WORKING . She wasn’t letting anyone in nor did she even turn to face the crowd of customers . I watched her SLAM my order on the pickup counter with the most eat poop look on her face . There was no name on my order but I assumed it was mine because of what I ordered and just to get out of there . By far the worst experience and this company / restaurant franchise owner should definitely reconsider who they have working there and how they treat their customers. I travel from sc to south ga quite often and will no longer stop here and recommend others not to stop here too.

Zaxby's use to be a good restaurant in Madison but lately,they don't have anyone who can get your order correct, I mean how hard is it to give me 2 wings and things both original,with whimpy sauce, and a side of slaw. Seems pretty simple,but not for these people. I get home with one wings and things that is hot and one with boneless wings. No side of slaw damn if y'all can't hear or fix an order correctly close and go home.

Stopped by for a quick lunch before our roadtrip. The chicken in their chicken sandwich is amazingly tender. Very friendly staff at the counter also.

Theyre always messing something up with your food

Iv had more problems at this particular zaxbys location than I have had in my entire life of ordering zaxbys. Every time I ask for extra seasoning on my fries, I get zero seasoning. Doesn’t matter if I order through the app or drive through or sit down inside. It’s every time. Maybe it’s me, but do the people working there not know how to read the orders?
