It started out nicely. The employee assisted us with all the salad ingredients and different sauces as she took our order. When I sat down at a table and tasted my drink I discovered it was all soda water. I went back to the counter to ask for an exchange and was completely ignored. The drive thru girl was staring out the window, the guys in the back were occupied and there were 3 female workers " lounging" at the dining tables. They saw me standing there and completely ignored me. Finally a girl came to the counter and gave me a new cup . As I was refilling my cup a man at the counter called my name out indicating my order was ready. I was standing at the drunk machine and I said " just a minute!" He immediately called out my name again and again I answered him. Then a female behind the counter screamed out my name so I screamed back, " I'm Coming!!!" Please note, it was 3:00 in the afternoon and there was only one other couple in the restaurant. As we were eating the three employees who had been lounging at the tables all went outside to smoke. They sat directly in front of the right side entrance door. They were soon joined by several other employees plus a lady who pulled up in her car and stood in the parking lot. What a totally unprofessional and disrespectful experience this was. Every time I’ve been to this zaxbys location in the past year, there’s absolutely 0 seasoning on the fries; every single time. There’s not even a tiny bit, they don’t even bother to put ANY. This time when I went, they gave us our drinks with no ice? We got warm soda. Very disappointing when I’m in madison and craving zaxbys and get let down every time.

So I give everyone a chance but Zaxbys in Madison Ga customer service sucks. Management included! I did a online order & called & asked for my food fresh. I work next door so they weren’t busy but didn’t answer so I went over there right after order was placed so tell me why they already fixed it & got MAD cause I wanted it fresh! If customer asks for fresh just give it to them fresh no need for the back talk from kitchen staff or anyone for that matter!!

Didnt get ALL our food we paid for. The food is great! It's one of my family's favorite places to eat, it's not bad but I've ordered online and waited for about 15-20 minutes only to get home and realize that one of the meals I had ordered was not in the bag, so I had called to ask for a refund and ask them to train their employees to check to make sure EVERYTHING is in the bag. After the manager Gabe me a refund, he didn't give me the time to request them to train their employees better and hung up on me;but I did get my refund for the missing meal

When you can actually get food the food is good but the service is terrible and it says they are open till 9:30 but many times I've been told they are close at 8:45. This is clearly bad management!

I got a wings and things .the wings were limp and barely warm I asked for sauce medium sauce .hardly had any flavor on the Luke warm wings .I went up and told them I needs sauce one if the lady's said oh she ordered wimpy but I did not she was loud mouth and kept trying to vindicate her self .don't know her name she had those long fake braid in her hair and was giggling and talking loud the hole time I was in store .I was not pleased at all with the food and when did you all stop having Cole slaw .I am usually always satisfied with Zaxbys food first time I have not been happy.

Stopped here a few hours ago, en route to Charleston. Waited in the drive thru line for 20 min, gladly. Upon pulling onto the freeway, realized that we were given no sauce and no napkins for our 4 meals. What is Zaxby’s with no Zax sauce?! CONFIRM THAT THERE IS SAUCE AND NAPKINS BEFORE LEAVING THE WINDOW.

Food was undercooked and had soggy fries. Waited about an hour in mobile curbside pickup then went inside to find out my food had been sitting there without being notified. The sub had raw meat. Absolutely nasty.Needs new management ASAP.
