So I went here and got the number 1 meal and it was very good it was cooked well done very good so I would be buying this again.

They need to update or fix their equipment! The icecream is never as cold or frozen as it should be and is so runny you need a straw instead of a spoon. The drive thru speaker either doesn't work or they just arent listening. I literally have to scream my order to them and repeat it several times. The food seems fine and we frequent this place only because we have very limited options close by.

We told these people MULTIPLE times no onions and they PUT EXTRA DAMN ONIONS ON my burger. The ranch was very curdled and could tell was old. Definitely will not be coming back here ever again and neither should you. And they didn’t turn the blizzard upside down either.

Wanted to grab a quick bite to eat today so went by DQ. We ordered at the drive thru and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Waited 20 minutes for the food and it was so hot I couldn’t hold the burger. I was thinking that they just cooked it fresh. I was wrong. The burger had been microwaved and the mayo and ketchup were starting to curd. All cold toppings were hot and the bread was terrible and hard from reheating. Literally had one bite and been sick since. $12 for a meal and it was terrible. If the associates would stay off of their phones and do their jobs they may be able to focus on the quality of the food. Will not return to this location.

This is a good place to eat at the food is amazing.The place is clean and nice to sit inside and eat.The service is good but sometimes they get a little of but. I would say this is a good place.

Great experience when I last visited. My food was made correctly and the price is good. Fries were not hot the way I prefer. Customer service is good. Blizzards are the best!!

The problem was the price of the cheese burger and getting fried and drink the only price was not for a combo but the burger only which misleading by 3 dollars. The price on the sign show 6.99 but cost over 9.00 per meal.

For the price you pay the service and quaity of food is worth it. Being one of the few fast food options open everyday of the week they are my go to in this town. Main reason why i didnt give a higher score is how they do mobile ordering. Several months back I wanted to give my mom an ice cream cake for her birthday and i had enough points to get a free one. When i was reading the description regarding that discount it did mention "select locations" but the app did NOT say they WEREN'T accepting it. Shortly after the order was placed I get a call saying they dont honor that coupon that im not allowed a free cake as the dicount says. When i asked them to refund me my 2500 points i used for said order, they told me to go into the app and cancel the order myself which to my surprise when i did cancel the order my points were NEVER refunded. After that i decided o stop using the app however here recently began using it again after SEVERAL bad experiences with other fast food joints. Then i get another fun mobile order mix up or rather lack of effort. I placed an order online to be picked up at 12:52. Got there and sat in my car in the designated spot for online orders that was visible to the drive-thru. By 1:12 ive decided ive had enough of sitting waiting 20mins for my order and went inside to an empty lobby with the only customers going thru the druve thru. When i mentioned my mobile order come to find out after sitting 20mins that it wasnt even prepared that i had wait another several minutes to even get my order. I will give them credit as they normally dont have any issues with messing up an order so that is an honorable mention. Again if you wanted quality food i reccomend here but if you are looking for a quick grab and go bite best bet is drive thru or dine in because if you choose mobile dont bother curbside. My comments to the establishment: "If you are gonna promote the use of your online app then I highly reccommend noticing those customers too"
