Always have to wait on the food, I had to wait on a frappe for 15 minutes. There's always at least 2 vehicles waiting on food and blocking the exit.

Order is ALWAYS WRONG!!! Items such as MEAT missing. Last 6 times. Today; no receipt; phone number out of service ; store too far to keep going back. How do you leave MEAT off orders. Can’t file a complaint online because they don’t give receipts and you need the store number from it. Can’t call because the number is out of service. Most ignorant business I’ve ever dealt with. I kept giving chances but I’m done don’t. $24 for break fast that we couldn’t eat and it’s too far to go back for and with no receipt because they don’t give them. There are a few (VERY FEW) good employees but the rest are ALWAYS VISIBLY PLAYING which is why they can’t get order right (NO MEAT). I have never felt like I was this deep in the twilight zone dealing with a restaurant. At this rate; they will go out of business because they are always out of things too. I know it’s a country town but come on; don’t show it in this manner. Losing customers left and right because people are definitely talking.

Only fast food close other than DQ. It is our half way point to home from Newnan. Been here several times. Today, service was good and cashier very friendly and professional. Most times it's fair. Too bad this visit, the manager sitting at the table behind us used us as a sounding board to complain and vent while we were trying to eat. That was unprofessional. Men's bathroom had no toilet paper, no soap and no paper towels. Makes me wonder what employees use.
I work nights, website says open till midnight…. EVERYTIME I have tried to go through drivethru it’s closed I have been there several times around 1130 PM and they are closed. If you are gonna close early cuz you feel like it then change the website!!!! I was actually told by staff hanging out in the parking lot they closed early cuz they wanted to, I was not the only person trying to get food a few times. This is poor service and management

Absolutely horrible. Ordered a large drink, girl hands me a medium and says they charged me for a medium. Had the receipt in my hands that said large. Girl told me sorry it says medium on her screen so she wasnt going to fix it....?!?!?!?!?! Stupid, lazy, incompetent staff. The lobby and dining area is always filthy, first time I went here I had to wait like 10 minutes to get some napkins just to wipe down the table.

Don't waste your time going to this McDonald's, first off all employees are down right rude,it's 10a.m Saturday morning and they have no coffee, Manager says oh well not my problem, so she needs fired,either she doesn't know how to order enough coffee or her and the other employees just to sorry to make any,everyone on their phones,laughing and joking and can care less about the customers, pulled me up and made me wait 20 mins for a fry and mcdouble that was cold when they brought it..you can not get good service out these areas if you know what I'm talking about
