Worst Subway I’ve ever been in. You walk in an it just doesn’t look clean or feel clean. Got banned and had the cops called on me because I reported this location to corporate office about something I witnessed with one of their employees. So when I happen to go in there a couple months later. In the middle of making my sandwiches the guy I reported recognizes me and called the cops. Just like that. Customer service is awful. That’s been my experience. It’s always a couple of teenagers running the place! And they’re in no hurry to fix anyone’s sandwich. Now they’ve put up metal lids so you can’t see what the food looks like they’re making your sandwich with. They close whenever they want. Whoever owns this particular subway has no idea how to run a business.. I would expect to see a subway with that atmosphere in that condition with those kinds of employees, in the slum part of a city.

Ordered food at 6:30 store closes at 10pm. Was told she cancelled my order because she was deciding to close. Mind you she was making a sandwich for a customer at the time. The customer service is horrendous

Stopped by at 8 p.m tonight, all the lights were on, there was one worker inside and the door was locked and no notice on the door. They were closed yet the hours show 10 p.m as closing time. This isn't the first time they've been closed much earlier than shown on the door and their website. Do they just operate at their employees' convenience?

I ordered a Tukey Cali Sub. A #12. They had avocado's but were frozen and no spinach. Why would you advertise this if you don't have the toppings it advertises? Also heard a gentleman ask for unsweetened tea. There was none.

The employee in this Subway was rude, she claimed she couldn't hear me, but when I came in she saw me. Tried to place a order right in front of her, she kept claiming she couldn't hear me. She was yelling. I told her that she didn't have to yell at me. She was being very rude to me. As a customer I did not deserve to be treated in this manner. I used to get very good service in the past until today. I will never come to the Subway in Manchester, Ga AGAIN. Sad that customer service is getting so terrible. I will take my money and business elsewhere. They don't even deserve the one star.????

I guess she is the Manager the first time 3 weeks ago I blew it off to a bad day or new employee, she was very rude and hateful 2 weeks ago I wish I just left but my son with me I got a power bowl and the nice lady that was waiting on me had fixed all of my bowl and when she went to put the cheese on the Nanager grabbed it and sprinkled enough cheese for a 2 inch sub I got another one today same thing and she told one person that she's doing the best she can she is only one person. While the nice lady is right beside her working. She will also make about 8 to 10 sandwiches some toasted and walk away while the othe nice lady finishes them and rings them up by the 7 or 8th sandwich they or cold. Some much for hot sub

On January 5th, We ordered 4 footlongs, and used their door Dash for delivery.We checked and the sight said they were still open at 9:20. I pushed send at 9:32.At 9:40 January 5th, 2023, it showed they were being built ...well, all I can say is yep, I believe in taking your time, but holy cow! I hope the Uber driver still isn't waiting too!The family would like their sandwiches..Myself, I would like a double refund for the inconveniences and my normal please, I'm hangry!!
