I have been coming to this restaurant for years. In the past year I have seen a major change. The manager is very helpful and always has the best interest for the customers. We have seen her scrubbing the store, along with other employees. They are working hard on getting this place clean and back up to where it should be. If you had stopped coming due to how nasty it was please come and check it out. I had pictures but can't post them on here. Went in again twice on 1-26-25...
A few weeks back a new sandwich artist made our subs with no meat lol. But it was just due to being new and nervous, plus my friend was talking to her the whole time lol. Went back and they were very friendly and nice about it, and made us 2 new very well done fresh subs. The manager I think was a new manager from the last one. Our subs which we got 2 more times since have been awesome. It's way better and fresher now than it was months back. We had stopped going and they...
The manager,Bonnie, was very rude and condescending not only to the customers but to the other employees as well. However, the young man named Mike was exceptional with his customer service.
