I have been a customer since Sallys has opened along with my family, friends and church. The food has always been amazing along with the service up until my last few visits. But last night on 4/17/25 we made a decision we will not return. As most know it's not a big place maybe 15 tables max if that along with the bar. I understand it's gets busy and at times every table is filled and being served and attended to. We was wondering why it was taking so long on our food as it was coming up on an hour. Came to find out our ticket was lost or our order was never put in along with the service was not great. But we highly speak and always ask for the same waitress Harley every time when shes there because she always makes sure were taken care of and tip well if its her or anyone else. As we asked to speak to the manager they refused to come out to speak to us as they told the waitress that they were to busy and didn't have time. We wasn't expecting a free meal but at least something to help us understand and get maybe a discount or offered something. When it was time to pay only $5.70 was taken off. We will Pray that you will take this into consideration and own up to being a manager and making your customers happy and make sure they are treated well. So I have shared and passed along with others about this situation. Thank You!

She ordered the steak. And I can't remember what it is called that I believe it is The Iron Skillet. It fills the whole plate. 2 sides. Enough food for 2 people I would rather go there than Longhorns.

This is a celiac’s paradise. They claim that 90% of the menu is gluten free, but honestly, the only things that were not able to made gluten free were a couple of the desserts and beer. What a treat!

Great food, learning waitresses, and noisy.
In all, love the food.

We went to this establishment a while back. The food was mediocre at best. We could tell that it was frozen and not fresh. We would suggest that this establishment simplify their menu and become a meat and three vegetable restaurant. We want you to succeed but your menu is too large for the space that you are in.

It is a very cute atmosphere. However, the food is more for people who don't like any seasoning whatsoever. Everything was bland and it also tastes like they fry everything in the same oil. So even the fries had a fishy taste. The Mac and cheese was so mushy I thought it was Cole slaw when I opened my plate. First time trying and will not be back. For $56 for 3 people take your family somewhere else, unless you enjoy hospital grade food.

The food is fine, albeit not very impressive portion wise (at one point in time the portion sizes were good but seem to have been reduced), but don’t bother going on a Sunday. Clearly understaffed. You will wait forty minutes for a table with multiple tables cleared. Limited menu on Sunday as well. Then you’re on your own after your food is brought. Don’t expect refills on your drink during your meal.

Adorable little spot!
I almost cried when I found out that 90 plus percent of the menu is gluten free! Staff is very well educated in cross contamination and they were all sweet as pie!

It is evident that the hostess doesn't know how to seat the restaurant. The explanation is that to go orders were backing up the kitchen. What happened to taking care of the customers in your establishment. This philosophy leads to unhappy customers and wait staff not turning tables like they should be able to. We talked with several tables who were upset and wouldn't be back.
Food was mediocre at best. Not sure if we will be back

Ms. Sally’s is a true hidden gem! The food is excellent, the service is great, and it has a nice atmosphere. I will say that they need to improve their sweet tea because it’s awful but otherwise the place is jam up.
