I lost my leg in a motorcycle accident 10 years ago and am stuck to a wheelchair. His shop is very easy for me to navigate and one of his staff members even asked me if I needed help in the restroom. I also brought my ancient grandfather to the store and Cookie Man treated him with the most respect since he fought in the war. His fluffy and creamy dough nourished me and my lovely grandfather. This place truly feels like home as they accept everyone, the employees even offered to give me a wipe down after I finished the messy dough. Thank you so much for the help!

The guy behind the counter today was probably the most professional ice-cream-parlor guy you could have ever met. Showed me what exactly I was looking at, explained everything and how it's made, gave samples to try, and I absolutely loved it! Cookie dough? Ice cream? Why not both?! This place is top tier. 10/10

I enjoyed a sample of the vegan chocolate chip and ordered a small bowl of it. My daughter ordered a bowl of chocolate with m and ms, and enjoyed it. The owners are very kind, and the shop is cute with fun decorations. Go check it out.

Cookie dough trifecta is da bomb dot com!

False advertising…the last 4 times i’ve been here there had been no dairy free flavors available. On their website it clearly shows they have it but never do. Needless to say i’m upset. Please don’t advertise this if you don’t even have it.

So I went here a a little while ago. The store has very odd hours.. it’s open late in the day which is quite annoying and it closes a bit earlier than it should. The service when I walked in the one time I tried it was pretty bad as when I walked in there was a guy there who said that they were closing early and his friends were in there. If the owner is reading this it’s a tall white guy who said it and he didn’t seem to be doing his job well.
