I lost my leg in a motorcycle accident 10 years ago and am stuck to a wheelchair. His shop is very easy for me to navigate and one of his staff members even asked me if I needed help in the restroom. I also brought my ancient grandfather to the store and Cookie Man treated him with the most respect since he fought in the war. His fluffy and creamy dough nourished me and my lovely grandfather. The guy behind the counter today was probably the most professional ice-cream-parlor guy you could have ever met. Showed me what exactly I was looking at, explained everything and how it's made, gave samples to try, and I absolutely loved it! Cookie dough? Ice cream? Why not both?! This place is top tier. 10/10
