Didn't recueve my full order thru Doordarshan when I called they said oh we ran out but I never received a text or phone call to let me know that and then acted like a refund was too much. The food I did receive wasn't cooked all the way the fries were soggy and the celery looked old. Didn't eat but one wing and a few fries. I suggest using the American Deli on Roswell Rd. Better customer service and fully cooked food.

I called in a order. 2 10 piece wings and 1 6 piece. Repeated it twice. Had the woman who took the order repeat it back to me. I get there and my order was 46$ for full combo meals that I did not order. The Latino girl with the glasses who took my order obviously needs more than a 9th grade education. I will never go there again. I will go to the on by Kroger on Roswell rd.

They got poor customer service and get an attitude when you address the issues with your food and the nasty and dirty they take food that customers touch in they trays and throw it back in they sauce bucket and put back in tray and go to the next customers orders also handle customers food with no gloves on ask for owners info to address issues and they threaten to call the cops

Ordered Uber eats and the driver only came with my drink and a sprite. I order a 25 piece with friends and water…. I am so upset; Uber can’t give me a refund & American deli asked if I can pick it up. If I could pick it up I wouldn’t have spent my money on Uber eats. It’s been an hour since I’ve ordered and nothing. I blame American deli for sending the driver off without my food; terrible customer service. I want my money back !!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would! The service and attitudes from the employees at this location is absolutely HORRID! Absolute worst please find another location to visit. It was so bad I turned and left in the middle of trying to place a order.

The food was great but the staff could use a little more courtesy in there taking orders.
Food was good but the attitude from the cashier on Friday 04/07/2023 was bad also the guys cooking were just saying disgusting words in Spanish and we could heard them I was with my 2 daughters and they could understand everything! I hope u guys could work on that since the food it’s good. Thank you

Horrible customer service. I should have turned around when I saw that their health score was a 82! I called in my order over the phone, arrived about 15-20 minutes later and still waited an additional 30 minutes! But in reality, my food was done and sitting on the back counter but no one never called my number to go retrieve my food. This is the last time coming here. I will go somewhere else. Please take your business elsewhere people.

The food is overpriced compared to the quality. . The wings were extremely little and flavor was lacking. I asked for crispy and I think they intentionally made the wings soft. The meal was bland compared to other times I’ve eaten here or other locations.

Ordered 2 pieces of fish cashier handed me 1 small tarter sauce ask for another one for my second piece of fish they want to charge an extra 50cents after i just spent $19 in your establishment! Never going back.

Everything here is good, especially the Cheesesteaks and Wings! Good Gyro and Burgers. Awesome French Fries! The staff is friendly and helpful.
