The Asian lady at the front is the most rude and clearly a racist, I’ll travel extra if I need to if I want American deli. I’m standing there waiting to order my food, she turns around, the phone rings, she ANSWERS IT to take the order on the phone. I said “excuse me you don’t take the customers order standing in front of you first?” She put up a finger like she was telling me to wait so I shot her the bird and walked out. What a rude person! This place doesn’t care about a black dollar AT ALL and I’m real funny acting with my money and where I spend it. As you can tell they only respond thanking customers for their “4-5 star” reviews, not for their business, their purchase, nothing! Their freaking rating is what they’re thanking people for, not even acknowledging the ones that complained because they don’t give a care.

I ordered garlic parm wings. I don't know what the heck these wings were! A.D. those were the worst wings I've ever tasted ? the wings were swimming in some sort of sauce that didn't taste anything like garlic or parm cheese. I ended up throwing them away. Get it together American Deli. That recipe is awful, horrible,and disgusting.

I use tocome to this location all the time but after today I will never. The last two times I was extremely dissatisfied. The lady in the front is always rude but the wings here use o be fire. The lady was so rude today she was still rude doing door dash orders while taking my order walking off while I’m ordering. The wings was burnt and small. You can smell it some of my wings was blk snd my fish big with no flavor. I end up spending $34 I almost spent $50 but the lady attitude was so nasty I canceled on some of the wings. I traveled far for this location for no reason. I don’t want a refund. It’s a no for me.

The lady at the register was very rude, I’m pregnant and needed to use the restroom. She got very nasty we me and said no we’re not allowing customers to use the restrooms. She didn’t have to get nasty , it’s a polite way to say it.
I always get wings here and I love them. But today I got food poisoning immediately at the eat a burger. Something with that burger almost put me in the hospital. I’m laying here weak and in some much pain. I took the time to write this immediately so nobody else will eat that same ground beef that she made my burger with. I tried to contact them to let them know that they need to throw that meat away, but they close. Please be careful cause I don’t want nobody sick like me right now.
