Third time I had gotten food here and while every time it has tasted great, this time I became extremely sick with food poisoning a few hours after finishing my meal. I've been sick for 5 days now and sicker than I've ever been in my life. Food tastes great but isn't as awesome when you're vomiting and in pain for almost a full week.

The Asian lady was blatantly rude for no reason and she almost got me out of character. If you can’t deal with customers in a positive manner, get out of the service business.

THE CHICKEN WAS UNBEARABLY SALTY -- inside and out! Imagine taking a salt shaker, twisting off the top and pouring entire bottle over 10 pieces of mild/lemon pepper flats! That's what it was like. I love American Deli but I won't be back to this location. I buy wings to eat them, not throw them away because they're completely inedible.

I love American Deli, however the service at this specific location sucks. The lady that takes the order is rude and always has an attitude. I asked her to separate the fries from the wings because they were going two separate places and she charged me $.75 for a box!!! She also charged me $1.50 twice for all flats. They are getting over on people for some wings!!!!! Not coming back.

I came in and ordered 3 grilled chicken salads and I had to wait 45 minutes to get my order. That’s absurd, go to a different location cause that’s just unexceptable.
Closed on Sunday now this place was never anything special, but that doesn't mean they didn't do what they do well, and that's hot wings. Being closed on sundays is just unacceptable from an American deli though. But it's franchise, What can you do. Service can be a little shoddy sometimes which is expected.

If I could give O stars i would. I came to pick up grubhub order and I showed my phone. She refused to give it to me. I even called grubhub and they called restaurant. She still refused to give to me. Horrible customer service. She acted like she couldn’t understand me. They will speak another language and talk bad about you. Do not ever go there. Do not go there

This location does not answer the phone and their VM sends you to doordash, Uber, grub hub. All of which have different prices for the same items and more expensive than in store due to platform fees.
