I called to place an order and no one answered I went to restaurant and person said when they are busy they don’t answer phone That is their prerogative but I will order in future from restaurant that answers phone I know ordering online is an option but haven’t had great success getting orders correct

Do not trust their close time. The employees shut down the grill and begin cleaning nearly 20+ minutes before they close. American Deli, do not post a “close time” you do not wish to honor. If it’s 5pm or 6pm… say that.

The first time I ordered from this AD in December my Philly with extra meat was hot, awesome & hefty 2 months later I ordered it again with wings it was a little on the skimpy side you can see more bread on the inside and the wings were too small barely any meat like warm/ cold I live less than 5 min

First time coming to this American deli and was told I couldn’t get flats(Wings) with an attitude from a young Man so therefore, I walk clean out. Disappointing.. This is why I haven’t eaten at American deli in a long time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place was really good before those two young boys started working there. Now it is horrible. I went on Tuesday to eat and they served me old burnt fries. Today the Philly chicken was not seasoned, burnt and tasted horrible. My son received the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and fries. His whole meal was cold and tasted horrible. The fries were cold as ice. I placed my order on line and picked it up. They stand there on their phones and when you try to talk to them, they just stare at you. This will be my last visit to this location until they are out of there and someone else is there.
honestly for some tasty wings at a decent price, this place is a good spot. the wings are nicely coated with whatever flavor/sauce one may choose (by personal experience). also, i definitely recommend getting some sides whether that’s sliced celery/carrots or fries, they definitely add more to the experience eating alongside to the wings.
