Normally I don't go out of my way to leave reviews for franchise companies, but our experience today at your location was nothing less than stellar. We arrived unannounced with a party of 12 to celebrate my son's birthday. The sweet lady at the front door took time to explain the process of filing out waivers on the kiosks and then directed us to the front counter, where we met Ema. This is where the impressive part really began to unfold. In a time when customer service seems to go by the wayside, this young man (Ema) listened patiently as we asked questions about all the different packages, and worked hard to provide us with the best experience and value for our large group. He worked steadily to get everything processed in the system and off we went to line up for the racetrack. While waiting trackside Ema approached us again with a manager to explain that he had made a mistake in loading our cards, that he forgot to add the attractions to each card. When most people would go on about their business, leaving it up to us to figure this part out, this young man had the integrity to seek us out and make it right. This was by far, this best customer experience I've had in a very long time. All the staff were courteous and professional the entire time assisting with any questions or direction we needed. That says a lot about the culture in this work place. I would give today's visit MORE than 5 stars if I could. Exceptional job all around!

Would not recommend. Terrible service and when you try to race you spend more time stopped than you do going. Wasted my money. Save yours.

Fun place to go whether it’s family fun, date night or to celebrate a birthday or just hang with friends. We certainly found something to do in every corner of the place. Go karts, lazer tag, VR, bowling, arcade, FOOD….the FUN is endless.

Your host Alisha needs more training on customer service. Very rude and unpleasant. I suggest y'all keep them iPads charged so she won't be so irritable!

This place is great. Clean venue, fun arcade, the go karts are fast enough to have fun and get squirrelly.

A lot of the games don't work properly, and/or make you feel like you're getting ripped off. That isn't fun.

The go-carts are fun until you get stuck behind someone going slow.

The food was good, but we sat for 10+ minutes before I finally hunted someone down who informed me we needed to come to them to order. Would've been nice to know sooner.

Tl;dr: The go-carts are probably the only thing worth coming for.

Most definitely a lit spot for the whole fam. Fast Karts, Laser Tag and good drinks you can't beat it!!

I love this place

All the games I kept trying to play just said “no internet” and wouldn’t work. One of the other guest in front of me on track wouldn’t let me passed and kept spinning out and causing me and other racers to crash into each other. I kept pointing at the problem guest to the Marshalls to get them to do something about it. They yellow flagged to yell at my friend for looking backwards although multiple other guests did the same but they didn’t do anything to those guests. During one of the crashes caused by the problem driver I got hit really hard from the back and now my back has been killing me since. It was the worst Andretti’s I’ve been to. Just go to the one in Buford it is much more maintained and enjoyable. Plus I came on a day of a sprint race for F1 and no TVs had F1 on it was just football. There’s a whole bar set up for F1 at the Buford location.

Tyliyah was so professional yet friendly and efficient, we had excellent service and she should be in management! Definitely recommend!

The kids had great fun and the staff were very customer-focused. But, who made the rule that you have to let a competitor pass in the intermediate race? It's like getting a participation trophy. I get it for the younger kids, but intermediate, really? Humans have to learn to accept defeat at some point in life. It's makes us stronger. And, no, it wasn't my kid who was made to let someone pass.

Wasn’t very fun the go cart rides was pretty pricey also for what you get I’d definitely recommend main event in hunsville if you wanted to have a good time and for a good price anywhere might be better then here the definitely need to update the games
