Talk about a TOP NOTCH facility!
From the moment we walked in an employee came to help direct us. The arcade had great games, all in great working order and condition, it was being cleaned and serviced constantly by employees. The race track experience was wonderful!
I could rave about it all day. There is a level of excellence here that exceeds the expectation of just a go kart track and arcade!
Best bday! Ever, the wings were good, but the fries were a bit underseasoned. Our bowling machine was broken, but they fixed it,lazer tag was fun,the thing w/the curtains was fun, when I did my dad's card it said 1 min, man! good thing I scanned it before the timer was upOther than that, we all had fun! :) See you guys in 2028
Great place, we had a lot of fun.
We had a very bad experience. Our group had 60 people, and the staff did not inform us that guests with group tickets or reserved time slots could use the attraction at any time. For example, when a group of 40 arrived while we were already waiting in line, we were told to let all of them go first. The staff even said they had “privilege,” which was extremely frustrating. This should be clearly communicated when purchasing tickets.
The facilities were also disappointing. Some of the laser guns didn’t work properly, and the go-karts were running very slowly.
Overall, it was a very poor experience. not worth the money and time, and you will be treat as not important people.
Called ahead to confirm racing slots. Took 4 kids and they told me when I arrived they had no slots for hours with no solutions. How disappointed my kids were.
Took them to Urban Air the same day and received outstanding customer service! They were able to race unlimited, with no waiting and their customer service was top notch! She even assisted me in a package that saved us money.
If you are going to spend your money in the Marietta area….Urban Air is your better bet!
This was my first visit to Andretti’s, and it was amazing! Rakiem gave us a wonderful tour of the facility and shared so much helpful information. He was great with both of my sons and recommended the best activities for their ages. The customer service and hospitality were exceptional, and we had such a fun time. I would definitely recommend Andretti’s and will absolutely be returning!
Company parties it was a blast
Malika Elijah Nnena Hayden Kofi Jaden and Neffi were all so amazing! The food and drinks were top tier. The prices are reasonable and the race cars were so fun! We will for sure return again.
Terrible party experience. I honestly feel like I wasted my money for the package we bought. It was over $900 for what feels like $400 worth of activities. The Lazer tag only worked with half the guns, the arcade cards we got with the package was an hour per card but you could only play half the games and you didnt even get tickets for the games you won. The track and carts was the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. I wish they would let you actually race instead of slowing down the whole group. The party host really didn't seem like he knew what was going on. Oh, and they double booked us and didn't have a dedicated event spot for us even thought thats why we bought the package ... awful time.
🚫🚫🚫Do Not Go Here! 🚫🚫🚫 Went here for a birthday party. It seemed very unorganized. They kept running out of food and had to make more but knew we needed 3 pizzas 🍕 at the beginning. The waiter kept leaving. Served most of it our selfs. There was a lot of waiting before food, like 45 minutes. Then another 35 minutes to do the go karts. Seems like a whole bunch of waiting for nothing. Will not be going back. The yellow and red lights kept going off, so they didn’t even make around one full turn on the course without having to stop for minutes off their racing time! Two kids left crying from neck pain! They probably have wipe lash!!! Do not come here!

Lovedddddd my experience! Roc is the best ❤️
A few years back I went here and it was fun. I couldn't do karts for some reason though and the arcades and stuff were fun. I was excited to go back today and have fun, and I can say it was pretty good experience. The arcade games were fun, we only had to wait about 10 minutes at the check-in, and all the games were open. But, I would like to point out a few things about the go-karts. A few years back, my brother and his friend did the karts and had a nice time, they had never done karting before so i thought it was going to be okay for beginners. But, I went in there and there were a few other kids there, mostly boys (I'm a girl), and we got into a room where the tv video explained rules and policies and stuff. I was expecting they were going to give a brief talk about how the controls work and buttons and tips and things for beginners, but they didn't. Me and my sister were a bit nervous because we had never done this before. The helmets did make it hard to hear though, and the guys instructing us were basically yelling everything and I couldn't understand it. Then the race just started and i didn't really know what i was doing. I accidently pressed the brake a few times just because i wasn't used to the controls and I never did karting before, and I got yelled at by a grown guy worker, which wasn't very nice because it's not like anything was really explained to us on how the karts worked. Then, a bunch of the boys were very aggressive on their karts and bumped me hard several times even though there is a rule against that, and one bumped my kart so hard that I got stuck on a barrier. Then the worker had to come help me reverse it, while all the other karts were stuck behind me, and it was very embarrassing and unfair, especially since the other boys never got yelled at for doing that to me. Honestly, the whole aggressive and nerve-racking environment made it hard for me to have any fun because I was constantly focusing on just not messing up so that I wasn't screamed at, instead of just having fun. That karting experience makes me not want to go back there for the karting at least anytime soon, so if you're looking for improvements, I think you should add either a practice track where its super wide and kids can practice and improve their skills without being screamed at for the slightest mistake, and or add a video at the start of each race (at least for the intermediate, maybe not for the adult), explaining the controls, and tips for easier and better karting. Also not to be soft, but i think that there should be something explaining that you shouldn't be mad at anyone for slowing down and or messing up, because its a fun thing and everyone is at different levels. Because a toxic environment where everyone gets angry at you for accidently messing up or driving slow definitely doesn't make it a fun experience that you'd enjoy or want to go back to. i know it's supposed to be a race but some people just want to go there and experience go-karting and just have a little fun, and aren't very competitive. But overall it was still a decent experience, at least the arcade part, and I'd go back for the arcade and if they added a practice course or lesson for those who needed it maybe I'd go back for karting.
This is a great place to have a party for children. The racing was good and the bowling, with endless video games. The food was really good, we got the chicken strips steak fries and pizza. It's expensive. I would recommend they get better cash in prizes for the tickets accumulated. Having options of loads of candy is not the best in choice.
Definitely a fun place for kids and adults that are young at heart. Tons of games.. video, interactive, VR. Bowling as well.
There's a bar for the adults who need some relaxation from to thrall.
The driving courses are separated by age, with three courses. One for adults and older teenagers, one for very young kids, and one for the inbetweeners.
Other features include several gathering places for groups that you can reserve for special occasions or team outings.
Andretti's has a lot to offer a wide variety of folks.
That said, there is a bit of sensory overload... very loud and lots of flashing lights and displays. Keep that in mind before bringing kids that are sensitive to that.
Unfortunately, I wasn't successful in scheduling the party. I tried to schedule it less than 72 hours in advance because my son decided he wanted this location last minute. It was his choice, and I wanted to accommodate it. Someone contacted me but said it wouldn't be possible for today. I know the website says 72 hours in advance, but let's face it, the venue isn't very popular on a Tuesday. Anyway, I contacted Kids Empire, and even though their website says the same 72-hour deadline, the representative was super helpful and managed to schedule it for today. This makes a difference in the customer experience. They guaranteed a considerable amount ($400) on a quiet day, which could have happened with Andretti if they were flexible and interested in truly meeting customer expectations. There's a difference in who truly wants to sell, which isn't the case with this company, which clearly didn't care about the customer experience. After all, the experience starts with customer service!
