DO NOT COME HERE FOR GO CARTING!!! The go carting is only acceptable for children here. I'm not sure why they even give you a helmet when you can practically run faster. The track is too narrow to really pass anyone. They make you watch the most cringe video about Mario Andretti racing and the speed only for you to feel like you're driving through downtown atlanta at rush hour.The laser tag was great one of my favorite in my limited laser tags experiences (ideal for small groups no more than 6)Arcade is fun too

Went for my daughter’s birthday on Sunday, we made it clear at the ticket counter that we wanted to ride together as a family. Which didn’t happen. Instead of the employees doing their job and giving us correct information we had to pry. If competent people were hired you’d only need about 3 people running the register in the kart area. But it seems the 6 of them all pass one brain cell amongst each other.

Had a good time. Played plenty of games and had an overall good time, but the karting was off. The staff was goofing off the whole time, I came in when it was slow and still had to wait an hour for a race. Then while racing they kept slowing the carts down reducing the overall experience when no body was bumping or pushing. Could have had a better lap time but I can’t control that now. Staff needs better training and better customer service as well as understanding their own rule set on the track.

The go karting is great, as well as the laser tag. Personally I wouldn’t go to play the games just because they’re expensive compared to other places in the area.

Went to race go karts walked in the door and the guy greeting us said I am going to take all your money. Boy was he right 30 dollars a person for one race is crazy then had to wait an hour to race but wait your not really racing you can’t get near another kart or they slow you down they control how fast the kart runs. You are racing for the best lap time not position. This was the worst go kart track I have ever been to. I feel like I got robbed out of 130 bucks!!!

It's s bunch of kids that don't explain a thing and act like we're supposed to know what to do. It was my first time here and they made me do the line two times because I had to do a waiver and there was not thing to indicate that to begin with. Then I got to the go cart area and again, they didn't explained anything and looked at me like I was taking a long time. They need to be better explaining things. Drove a long time for this awful experience.

I've been twice now, both times were horrible experiences.The last time I went, I sat at the bar and waited 16 minuets for a bartender to acknowledge me. In that time, several other members of my group showed up as well as a few strangers, all of which got served before me. When I finally got served, it was disgusting. We decided to go to the restaurant they have there, and the food was about the same quality of what I could make in a college dorm room. Completely overpriced and not good quality.We decided to go bowling and after the hour and some change wait we had, we got two lanes but because the service was so slow, we missed almost 25 minuets of our bowling time just waiting on our server to bring our check. while bowling, we also wasted a good bit of time with repairs, every few frames the lanes would become inoperable and wed have to get help from the staff eventually having to change lanes all together. when they did switch lanes for us they brought us to a dirty table that none of the staff had attempted to clean since the party left.we got there at 930 on a Friday and by the time we got to bowl and do go karts, we got finished at nearly 130am.

The Karting track, indoors, is limited as to what "driving" can be done, kind of an open throttle and hang on. Not much driving technique beyond that. Very good attention to safety, excellent equipment.The bar was another thing, and thus the poor rating. Service was lakadaisical at best, over priced and below average quality. After several of our party left, a bartender presented us with a tab from over two hours prior. Tabs were so intermittent and mixed up that the individual associated with the particular tab had left an hour ago. We talked to the manager about it, and he was disinterested in the lack of service, tardiness of the staff and only insisted "somebody" had to pay the tab the the bartenders had messed up. Staffing at the second story bar is incompetent, lacking of any concern for service at best.

Fully understand requirements for racing, however don’t list ages as recommendations when it’s actually a requirement. My son met the height requirement but wasn’t the recommended, actually “required” age. Also place signs at the entrance to make it clear you have to fill out the waivers before standing in line. Half the people in line had to go back while manager was aware of the confusion but doing nothing to help customers understand the process. Spent time reading the website before getting of the interestate to only waste 45 min in lines to be told the website is incorrect and misleading. Won’t be back.

Unfortunately I had to leave a star in order to submit my review. We are new residents to the community and it was my daughter birthday.I would like to start with **CAROLINE** From the moment we walked in I had an issue. She was very rude kept rolling her eyes and insisted that my kids must ride the junior race even though they are 12 and older and they meet the height requirement. She also had an attitude because I asked her what was her name and she kept mumbling under her breath. She works in customer service and I would think she was a warden at a prison. I’m adult and expect to be treated like one. I understand her job can get overwhelming but she shouldn’t treat people this way, we are all human. At the end of the day, the day has to end!!!! I’d appreciate a response because this was unacceptable.
