By far one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. I was on a date. His food came out a solid 25 minutes before mine. You bring both entrees at the same time that's like serving 101. So I'm just sitting there while he is eating. He had to ask for a refill 3 times on his tea before she actually brought one. They started LOUDLY vacuuming the table area behind us. Couldn't even hear each other while they did. He was using a gift card on his phone and she took his phone and walked away to the pos with it!!!! Yall don't have handhelds? The table next to us waited 30 minutes just to get their drinks, and they were wrong! And no it wasn't busy there was like 6 tables in the whole place. Absolutely 100% will not EVER go back here.

Walked out since nobody came to greet. Looked more like just a local bar than a restaurant. No wonder this chain is going out of business.

I spent over thirty dollars for my salads to be wrong. I asked for regular grilled chicken salads no cheese with extra ranch paid for and didn't receive and got ceasar salads instead. I couldn't eat it and had to throw them in the trash. I called the restaurant spoke to a manager who said his name was Tomel (Chris is the general he stated) and I asked for my money back which he refused and claimed he would a send gift card instead to my email which I never got. I will never return to this location over the years it has gotten worse.

Not sure how the food was because instead of calling in a curbside order on my way back to my hotel room from working hard all day, I decided to go in and order and just wait on my food in there. Well first I wanted to see about an employee discount from Michigan so the manager came out and said they don't do that even tho I know that's not true!! But whatever I just wanted to get a chicken quesadilla and go to my room eat and go to bed so I could get up and work all day again. So now I asked the kid that seats people if he could take my order and told him I just want a chicken quesadilla and he cut me off after I said thata d said he'd get someone. Well he was gone 5 mins finally comes back out saying he let someone know and they'd be out in a min. Well I stood there for 20 mins looking stupid while I watched the greater/seater kid go in and out the kitchen along with several other staff and no one ever came and took my order!!!!!!! And this was my second time to this Applebee's within a few days because the first day they didn't answer the phone! But I gave them another try and they failed miserably!! I don't give to many bad reviews but this place is ran by children and management that doesn't know to honor discounts even from Michigan!!!!! I love every other one I've been too and especially the one I worked at, but this one is hands down a mess!

I waited to be seated for 10 minutes. Finally, a young woman casually strolled to the front and started talking to the party behind me. When i realized she was asking them how many in their party, i realized she was the "hostess". I told her i was first. She looked at me blandly and walked away with a menu. I had to assume that i was to follow. She seated me and walked away without saying anything else. She seated the other party and disappeared into the back. 10 minutes later, she
reappeared to take my order. At this point, the only customers were seated at the bar and the large party who had not yet been waited on, either. She has no sense of urgency, apparently no ability or desire to smile or treat customers as important, and her only speed is s-l-o-wwwww. 20 minutes later, I'm still waiting for my food, and the bartender came up to me to take my order. What? When my food finally came, the order wasn't complete. I received my food, but no appetizer. Eventually, i received most of my food and ate. The chicken wonton tacos were cold. The oriental chicken salad was wilted and brown. I arrived at 12:54. I received my bill at 2:40. It took forever. The bathroom was dirty when i arrived, and worse when i left. I Will definitely not be coming back here, and suggest that you rethink stopping at this Applebees.

How in a Saturday night you only have 2 servers is hilariously astonishing.
While writing the weekly staff schedule, are there any members of management who think maybe inserting some support so that guests are taken care of in a timely, meaningful manner.

Guess not , I see why the brand is suffering so badly .

I love Applebees but this is not the location you want to visit. Upon arrival, I was waiting at the entrance to get seated. I waited there for a whole 10 minutes without being acknowledged by the staff. This was 10:30 at night on a slow day. It was very rude to see the workers ignoring you as they were walking by. Then I finally said “Excuse me, can I get a table for two please?”

The waitress finally sat me in a booth. The food was mid. My date and I were not impressed. They OD on the salt for my beer pretzels, the Mac and cheese with bacon was not good, and the staff there looked like they didn’t want to do their job. When we asked for napkins and other things, they responded as if we were annoying them.

The older woman who was our server did not check on us or anything. It was bare minimum service. You can find better service at a different location.

Had a nice dinner while visiting my son in college. Waiter got order correct and delivered timely. Food was prepared well and tasted good. We had a nice visit. Definitely will make this our meeting spot again.

Me and my husband came in last night 09/21 around 9:20pm, stood at the host stand for about 10 minutes, getting ignored, finally the host comes up, having to clean a table off so finally we get seated, our waiter finally decides to show up, taking out drink order, didn’t get our drinks for another 10-15 minutes, didn’t get to order our food for another 10 minutes bc he kept messing up other people’s checks and having to fix them, so finally we order, he brings out the appetizer and my husbands food at the same time, blaming the kitchen for being backed up as to why he took so long, (everyone else was getting their food just fine) waited about 15 minutes for my burger, asked him where my food was and he said he thought i ordered the appetizer for my meal i said no, and he then finally remembered i had order the bacon burger, finally we get our food, no refills on drinks, having to ask other servers for things, etc. Will never be returning to this location, was there for almost 2 1/2 hours.

Only reason for the 1 star is i couldn't do 0 stars...waitress Teresa had to ask order twice then still got order wrong then had a terrible attitude and walking off cussing...we had to leave restaurant and go find something else to eat...ALSO BE AWARE THAT NOT ALL APPETIZERS ARE NOT HALF OFF AFTER 10!!!
