Employees will not give you the red ranch sauce when you ask for it. They will give you Arby's sauce and tell you it's red ranch. This is the only Arby's I've been to that does this. Food was ok but curly fries were stale tasting.

I really wish they would train their employees to acknowledge the drive-through when they pull up instead of five minutes later the customer having to say something and then they tell you to hold on. Second time I have wanted Arby’s and had to pull off for that reason. SMH

Honestly speaking one of the worst Arby's I've ever been to and I used to work as a mobile auto glass technician, I visited most Arby's all across the Atlanta area as they were usually my favorite lunch spot. However this Arby's left food out of my order and also took 20 minutes to get me through the almost empty drive through. I went back to retrieve my missing items and they were sitting on the prep line with 3 other sandwiches that look like they belonged to other orders. Either the employees are scamming customers intentionally or they are absolutely incompetent to complete the simplist of tasks. Either way, avoid this location at all costs. Visit other Arby's if you can or use the Checkers down the street.

Employees are rude and will get hostile in drive thru. Was yelled at by employee for asking if they had an option to not get curly fries with my order and asked if there were any options i could substitute. Will never go back.

I am tired of the we are Unstaffed excuse has been way overused. When you have been 1 of 2 servers and you also cooked for an entirely full restaurant then you can talk to me about being understaffed.
