Arby’s over charged me and try to play me by ringing me up wrong and I wanted A Lager curl fries and gave me a small. Got pulled up ad soon as I paid and didn’t receive No napkins, ketchup or nothing. This why I cook my own food. I want be back here!!!

Went through the drive through at 11:12pm. No Marinera sauce with the mozzarella sticks, was shorted 1 mozzarella sticks (paid for 6 and received 5), fries were cold and the large fry containers in my order were only 2/3 full.

I have NEVER had this type of experienced at a restaurant, I stopped by Arby’s located at 2161 Roswell Road Marietta, Ga. 30062 when I approached the counter the employee named Sume was at the register, when I placed my order I kindly asked if the mozzarella sticks can please be a fresh hot order, Sume stated “that’s the only way we make them what else do you want” I stated fries, so her behavior became obvious to me she was enthused with taking my order because she kept saying “ what else do you want” she made me feel uncomfortable once my order was ready my crinkle fries was drenched in salt and the mozzarella sticks was cold on the inside I asked if my order can be remade correctly she took tray out my hands and me to “ go have a seat” as if I was a child her behavior was rude unkind and far from professional I also noticed this particular location the customers that was dining in and being served was all white and I was the only black person inside which didn’t make me feel unacceptable however Sume sure made me feel this was way, so therefore I will no longer be a customer at this location due to the service I received from Sume. Sincerely Arby’s Unwanted Customer. May I also add that while I was dining in she walked over to other guest smile and asked if they were satisfied then she noticed I was watching her she then rolled her eyes at me and walked back behind the counter. During the entire time I was on the phone reporting her to corporate customer service representative.
