Great food, super quick service, friendly staff! Ricardo took my order and did a fine job helping me through the options, I was undecided on what to try and final result was great. The GM Alex checked on me also. The cooks are on point and quick. I will return due to the fine job by this team.
Came back for another update. 5 star again on the service and Nick was the server on this visit. He went out of his way to make sure it was a great customer experience.

The food was great, no surprises in pricing. The facility was clean. Everyone was patient and nice.
There's nothing like an Arbys sandwich with the dipping au jus. However, the service last night was pretty bad. Only the window was open. Then, the young man was confused as to which sandwich, and made it an act of Congress. Apparently, when I got the au just, it wasn't closed right, and leaked in the bag and my car. This messed up a nice evening I was having. Which brings up a question; no matter what time of day or night, there is never anybody else in the building? How are you still in business?

I ordered some food on Grubhub and it had been an hour. I called to cancel my order. I drove to Arbys to pick up an order myself. They literally took the food I ordered over an hour ago, stuck it in the microwave and gave it me like it was made fresh. Fries were old too. I literally canceled my order because I knew my food was gonna show up like that only to get the same crap even after I drove there. Do better

Ordered a Medium Lemonade online. Was given a small when I picked it up. Showed them the receipt and asked for a medium, like my receipt showed, as I payed for. Was told by employees that a medium lemonade didn’t exist, that patrons who ordered a medium would be given a small, since small and large were the only sizes. So, essentially, I was defrauded by the store, in that I paid for a medium drink and was given a small. We all know medium drinks exist. If they don’t, why are you charging people for them?…….However the food was delicious. Wish I could give a higher rating.
