Employee polite, food good. Efficiency ZERO. No one in drive thru line and no one in line inside. I know this location is very slow so I thought I'd try the app. I ordered at 6:13 pm. When I got there, the fries weren't done. I was asked to pull forward and wait. And wait, and wait. I finally went in and asked what's up. One employee then got my fries and handed me a bag. I said, I'd like the rest of my order. They were only going to give me half my order if I didn't check. I KNOW TO CHECK this location since they always forget something. I left at 6:31. 18 minutes to screw up an order with no one in line. 2 stars for decent food. The Ruben only had meat on half of it. Just sloppy.

I pre-ordered from the app and chose "asap" for pickup time. I arrived much later than expected but my $3 Reuben sammich was still delicious. The service was fine and the dining room was pretty empty, since it was around normal dinner time. After i picked up my order, i decided to try the pumpkin turnover, since the cherry ones are always good. But the pumpkin wasn't impressive. Seems it was just pumpkin pie filling with no extra flavor...pretty bland. But it was edible so I'm glad i tried it.

Terrible experience and waste of money. Bought 8 Arby’s sandwiches, zero of them had toasted bread. Horrible quality management at this location.
Food is good but I literally get pulled up every single time I come here yet I still come. It's like they don't even try to serve me through the window just an automatic pull up

Winter drive through my typical store I don't usually have a problem but this time they didn't make the sandwich as I requested and paid for extra it was all cold and wrong I only live 2 minutes away from Arby's and this stuff was ice cold you call and complain they don't care

Stephanie B. the Manager was Awesome/Great!! Super friendly and helpful to me and my family!! The food tasted Fantastic and it Seriously has to be one of the Cleanest Arby's or fast food restaurant that I have ever been inside of!!
This is Definitely Our go to Arby's for now on!!
Oh yeah Cecil the other Manager was very kind and accommodating also. We have a very large family with lots of kid's. So all of the help was greatly appreciated!!

This Arby’s has been so good lately! The sandwiches have been so fresh that they stay HOT all the way home. And the chicken is actually juicy and crispy!

Got sent to the parking lot to wait for my order, then was forgotten. Went in and had to re-take the order from scratch. Nobody apologized. Listened to the moody oblivious manager rant about wanting a break while they cooked my food. They weren't even busy, just no real effort happening.

My wife went in with her Arby's corporate badge for her discount and the cashier questioned her discount with a nasty attitude. It was then referred to the manager who also had an attitude but did allow the corporate discount but made no eye contact what so ever. The bag was then tossed onto the counter with no straw, sauce or napkin. As an Inspire Brands employee, my wife never had an issue with her discount at any other location. We wont be back
