People like to make jokes about Arby’s online, but the staff at this location will treat you like family. Ms. Shawn greeted me with her baby blue eyes and engaged me in a lively conversation about deep sea fishing and Chipotle. She made me the Jamocha shake with a little extra coffee… and it was to die for. If you are thinking about trying Arby’s, don’t wait, they have the meats!

I had a coupon for buy one sandwich get one sandwich free and if you know how to order from the menu you can get yourself something very, very nice! The store is immaculate late kept, very well run, clean lobby and bathrooms, Great staff in most importantly phenomenal delivery of food and beverage! I visited enough to notice little things in the lobby as well that are quite cute and uniquely different to this location only. I can tell the staff and management enjoy their environment and what they do shows clearly in their presentation and efforts. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the mood for some roast beef or the possibly try something new on their ever-changing specials. Thank you guys for a repeat amazing experience. I ordered online and tagged it for drive-thru pickup. When I came through the drive-thru, the expediter at the window asked me to drive up to the door, and he'd bring my order out to me. 10 minutes later, when I still had no food, I went in to ask what was holding up my order. The cashier at the front, who was just chatting over at the window with the window guy, pointed to my food and drink sitting at the pickup area inside. I asked why it wasn't brought to me, and why it was just sitting there when I had been told it wasn't ready and would be brought out, and they both looked at me stunned for a moment until the drive-thru cashier realized the mistake he'd made.
Service? Yeah, no. They're more worried about flirting than actual taking care of customers. Food is fine, but that doesn't matter if you never actually get it.

Food was good and hot service was a little slow.The lady behind the counter moved very slow and my footd was to go. And they forgot one of my food item and I had to go back inside to get it. No major issues, I recommend this Arby's!
