This is the first time I was disappointed with dinner here. The food was fine but the service was terrible. The waitress was friendly but with all the help present, everything was very slow. I was a Monday night at 6 pm and the place was pretty empty.The bussing of the table was terrible. The leftovers were taken with the dirty dishes ( piled up). Usually food is taken away separately. It was very off- putting. Then the leftovers from several of us were boxed together but were from different dinners and diners. We realized this when we went to separate our leftovers.My granddaughter was celebrating her birthday and we waited 15 minutes for the waitress to bring the dessert after we had gotten everything boxed to go home. Had we known, we would’ve done without it. The funniest part was there was no candle. She had to blow out the lighter.There were more staff than patrons so I was very surprised at the sloppy service.

The food was okay. There are definitely better places to have steak in our area. Our waitress was friendly but forgetful. She forgot to put in our appetizer and brought my husband the wrong beer. The manager comped a dessert for the missed app. The restaurant itself is beautiful.

We love Aspen's!! We always have great service with amazing food! We had the pleasure of being in Alan's section and as normal service was spot on and Owen is so attentive to all our needs. Can't wait to go back!! Just a suggestion put Tiramisu back on the menu ALL the time!!

One of our favorite steak houses in the Marietta area. The food is so good and so well priced. Last time we deviated from our usual steaks and got some non steak items. The shrimp and grits is to die for! The wine options are also very good.

Once again, Aspen's did not disappoint. We had another excellent dining experience. Terry, a new waiter that we have not had before, was both friendly and attentive to our needs. I had the duel medallions, and my wife had the north Georgia trout. we arrived early and ordered off of the earlybird menu. We enjoyed that feature as well, and didn't find it overly restricting to our dinner preferences.

It was a super nice place, my server was incredible and super nice and brought my friend her birthday dish. Loved the vibe, super nice and got some good pictures. For us being teenagers, it was nice that they took us seriously and didn't push us aside as many other restruants do. HIGHLY reccomend

The service was slow but the servers were friendly and effective. It was about 30 minutes from the time we were seated until we received our entrees. My guess is that they were waiting until the one person in our group who had soup finished. But that meant the rest of us had nothing but bread in the meantime. The food was good, typical steakhouse.
