The last two times I came in and ordered a pulled pork sandwhich, half of the meat was fat. Their food used to be top tier, and now the quality and service has went downhill. The owner has an excellent attitude and he has been the only bright light of this establishment since its opening, but I can’t justify coming back here when the BBQ is subpar…

We come here often. For those who don’t understand because their food was good is because it’s a hit or miss. It’s either hitting or they’re serving dry old food as many have stated. On average they’re always out of something. Last week we ordered ribs and chicken and that was extremely dry, rubbery, and the obvious which was old and not fresh. Most importantly I found a large piece of plastic that I bit into eating the green beans! I could’ve choked or cracked teeth over that mess they gave us. With that said I will have to give them a break and not order food from them for a long while. It consistently has been trash..having Atl Fusion leaving us with confusion. Y’all have been doing the bare minimum and need to figure out which cook has the food hittin and which one is serving dry old food at night.

Came for a grubhub order, drove about 10 miles away and as I approached the counter, I tell them what I'm there for, and just told me, "i just canceled the order" without an explanation as to why. Wasted gas, and my time. Not a good look for the restaurant.

The food is usually really good not sure wat happened today but the food was old and I couldn't eat it.
No gloves holding their cell phone without gloves and making food. Then the employee was digging in her hair then started making food again! Called the owner (Mr. Mark) told him what happen and it was a slapp in the face..... no resolution from the owner but he said he was going to talk to the cook! I got no money back no courtesy meal made by the owner... nothing!

Ordered pickup waited 40 minutes cause they couldn’t find my order and then they sold out of the items I paid for and still had to wait even longer a whole hour for some chicken and items I didn’t even order…. Definitely don’t recommend.

I came to this establishment with high hopes of getting some good bbq as it does look good but is def MID! You def can’t get sides, as they will give you half cooked yams and dry flavorless Mac and cheese. And even got the nerve to give ya cold rib tips and brisket! Louis gave great customer service which is the only reason i am leaving a review because the food doesn’t need to be served to anyone whose tastebuds are used to real good southern bbq and ribs. I tried to write review and i got blocked on socials because they don’t like when ya tell the truth !!! Do better you guys! God Bless ??????
