terrible customer service . I would hate for any dasher/ Uber eats driver to pick up from there. This isn’t my main job, but for my first time there for a pick up order is all I needed to know. All those workers huddled up behind the counter but are all rude af.

I ordered the fried wings and fried rice. The order was satisfactory for the price I paid deep fried rice order was huge insufficient enough for two people. The service was smooth and the establishment was clean. I'll give it five stars for this order

Came to eat with my my new born and my 7 year girl. Music was extra extra extra loaud i ask nicely if waitress can she lower the music she just look at me ungly way . She never lower the music . it was extra hard to talk with music max valum. Food was ok. Cant complain with food . They had 2 waitress both look so unhappy. They never came to ask if i needed refil or oder something else. I had to walk to them pay up front. Then again to get a box to go. i did not bother to ask for a refil . i just went to gas station get a coke. ok i said not tip well guess what they include tip 15% . They included it, then again they ask if you want to leave tip. So if you dont see your ticket they will get u 2 times tip. I work at carwash detail i understand tips are good. If you do well at work. People actually give more then 15% if you had serve them well . This wings place is not the case. inside wings place is too dark .

Terrible service, the girl charged us for things that were not useful to us and changed what we asked for, charging a double tip is not worth it, it's horrible that they don't come.

After standing at the register for a solid 3 mins while watching the 3 waitresses laugh and joke with each other, no greeting what so ever, i broke thier conversation to ask if I could order and was told the kitchen was closed 30 mins before close, but it was only 11:15 on a Saturday. Store closes at 12am so why not just close at 11pm. Terrible service, I felt alienated, never get my money again. Thanks.

Be careful here in this business because they charge you the tip in a Chinese way and if they don't give you the receipt ask for it why they do it so that you don't find out that they already took your tip from me they did it to me they charged me the tip on the ticket I Without knowing, I tipped the waitress more. If she were honest, she could tell me that the tip had already been collected. It's my decision if I want to leave her more, but she didn't do it. On the contrary, she hid the receipt from me. If I don't ask for it, she won't give it to me. Be careful with this waitress on the receipt you can see the name here is the receipt on the page the waitress says her name is Yaz

Why do y'all charge to take your own food out the door..make sense of it..I order wings and fries.. maybe I should have ate there the chicken wings was old and cold but the fries were good...if I wasn't heading to work I would have turned around..
