Employee named Natalie solved a problem with a milk shake order and went above and beyond to make sure customer could get their order. ? I thought only MacGuyver could do stuff like that.

Tried to go through the drive thru with my kids. Was completely shocked that the list of ice cream flavors was not on the drive thru menu. It is difficult to make a selection from the options when you don’t know what the options are. The drive thru customer should be able to have the same shopping experience as someone ordering inside. Please consider putting a list of the flavors on the drive thru menu.
