My husband went in to pick up our dinner tonight at the locationon Canton Hwy in Marietta. When he got home I opened the container with the green beans and there was a BIG BLACK ROACH in the green beans. I tried calling the restaurant and both times they would just hang up on me without saying anything. We paid over $60 for our dinner tonight just to have to throw it all away. I will NEVER eat at this restaurant ever again If I could give a negative 100 I would. That is just totally nasty.

The waitress didn't bring refills, your drink machine in the back banquet room was syrupy when we got our own refills, I only got 4 shrimp on my plate and a plethora of clam stripes. The one in Douglasville was alot better than this one

The person who took my carry out order was nice. But the food was terrible. It was a waste of $40 on 1 plate of food. The catfish wasn't fresh, my fried scallops were soggy. I am very mad at My self for trying out something new

I ordered food today at takeout and when I home with it my food was terrible. Go there a lot but this time the food wasn’t good at all. The Cole slaw seems as if it had been there for days and the broccoli didn’t taste as if it was cooked properly and the fish wasn’t tasty. Not sure what happened must have been a different cook today but I don’t know. Guys need to do a better job with the food.

Unfortunately the prices have gone way up and they have no more lunch specials. Lunch specials would help bring in a lunch crowd. That could help you stay in business

The manager was AWESOME.. We went here after my son's wedding rehearsal. So we had about 11 ppl with us. And some gave him a bit of a hard time/ not making up their minds. Lol 😆 but he the manager/ waiter handled all of us with care. The food was hot and tasty. The fried oysters are delicious 😋 the salad 🥗 nice and crispy the mashed potatoes yummy 😋 everything was so good. I had so much on my plate. I took some back to my hotel. Though it is far from my hotel at the Avalon in Alpharetta. It is well worth the drive. I think Bryan was his name

My husband and I had the broiled grouper. It was delicious. I would highly recommend if you love Sea Food I highly recommend this restaurant.our server Bradley did a great job!

The fried oysters were the texture of fried chicken gizzards. The hush puppies are horrible, the salt and pepper catfish was great. The popcorn shrimp were cooked dry….. horrible!!!! The worst meal I have ever had here without a doubt. Very disappointing

Waitress was not busy except to maybe talk to a family member that was a customer? Place was not busy. Food took a long time to come to table. Fish was overcooked. Did like the coleslaw. Fries and hushpuppies and fish all tasted same. Must use the same oil to fry everything. Server never refilled my drink.

Never Again!

My grandmother wanted seafood for dinner, so we ordered over $120 worth of food, hoping for a nice family meal. We specifically ordered the Cajun Jumbo Shrimp Bowl, which should have included red potatoes, andouille sausage, and corn. However, when we got home and began handing out the meals, I was shocked to find mine completely wrong. Instead of the Cajun Jumbo Shrimp, I received a small Styrofoam container filled with previously frozen popcorn shrimp, drenched in Cajun seasoning. It looked as unappetizing as it sounds, and although it's not even on the menu, it apparently cost $19.99.

When I called to address the mistake, the girl who took the order insisted we had ordered popcorn shrimp. I was standing right next to my mother when she placed the order, and I can guarantee that the word "popcorn" was never mentioned—she clearly ordered the Cajun Jumbo Shrimp Bowl. After some back-and-forth, the girl transferred me to the manager, who also insisted my mom had ordered the popcorn shrimp. Eventually, the manager agreed to have the correct order ready in 15 minutes.

When we drove back, there was no staff in the takeout area, and we waited over 10 minutes without seeing anyone. I ended up calling their number, and the phone rang about 20 times before anyone finally came out. The girl at the counter had to get the manager, who then had the audacity to charge us an extra $9 to cover the difference, despite the clear inconvenience.

I hope that $9 was worth losing a family of repeat customers—and this negative review. They say an unsatisfied customer tells 10 people, but thanks to Google, even more will hear about this. To be fair, the corrected order tasted great, but the experience with the staff completely soured the evening.
