I’ll begin with the positive… egg rolls were good & the mango salsa they came with was delicious. Other than that, tacos were just okay, I’ve had much, much better. Cheese dip was super watery and so was the agua fresca. Food gets 2 stars. The reason for only 1 star was the service. The girl that took our order messed it up & was super rude when I politely addressed it with her. It was literally just one taco that was wrong but instead of just fixing it she wanted to argue about who made the mistake… btw she was the one who made the mistake, but not a bog deal, I paid the entire 80 cents difference for the correction and she was still rude. Then her coworker came over and they started speaking Spanish. I guess they thought I didn’t understand, but surprise… I speak & understand Spanish too. Their service was unprofessional and rude and for this reason alone I’ll never return & I’ll advise my friends & neighbors to stay away, too. To the owners: Great customer service with just okay food gets people to return. Horrible customer service with just okay food loses customers. Train your staff to provide professional customer service.

I just got back from Mexico City and was craving street tacos. This place was recommended. I had the pulled pork or pastore tacos. Hot corn tortillas soft with oil. Delicious with chopped onions and a little guacamole. I'll go back. Closes at 8pm most nights!

Hi I don’t typically do reviews but my experience here was extremely disappointing. I tried calling 3 times to relay my complaint but there was no answer. I ordered 7 quesabirria tacos split into 3 and 4 for my girlfriend and I. Ordered the combo for each to make sure we both got the birria broth (we only received one for the singular order of 3 quesobirria tacos). Then on top of that she did not even receive birria tacos at all they were just regular tacos, and they were not appeasing. I myself did not even receive the 4th birria taco I only got 3. I would like a refund please as I paid 54 dollars for this meal and didn’t even get everything I ordered.

Shame on You - Birria El Gordo... I ordered food and as i waited i noticed a guy come in, calm in nature, and was met by disgustingly rude service and mocking him in spanish so he could not understand. He seemed to be saddened by the service and i was frustrated watching it. I wasnt sure what he was upset about but he eventually left the store with no solution seemed like.

First time here , why I have I never seen this place!!! i waited 45mins for my food. There was less then 10 ppl there..Apparently it was done but the notification thingy didn’t work so i was just sitting there, my food had been sitting there so it wasn’t HOT it was like warm…. They gave me a free drink, that wasn’t worth the time waisted , although still appreciated the fact they tried to “make it better” the drink was a Aqua Fresco-Hibiscus—THAT DRINK WAS DELICIOUS!!! Taste just as expected! I got the Beef Romen and a taco combination plate with rice and beans. I am new to the Romen game and I can’t believe what I’ve been out on all this time. My first time was in Florida and I came home trying to find the same thing. This was comparable my only issue is it is not HOT/SPICY enough 😂 I need my eyes watering!! still very very good tho!! But I want that spice to KICK ME IN THE FACE. My bf got the taco plate didn’t come with tortilla???? Just meat beans and rice and a random taco under the chips. He said it’s good but he was looking for tortillas.. to put the beef in. Will be back definitely!

FOOD WAS BURNED, SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE AND I SAW ROACHES IN THE KITCHEN. 0/5 STARS… The order was completely burned and not edible for myself or my children. When I went to call in I was met with a very rude and disrespectful person who said there was nothing they can do when the food was clearly burnt and not edible. When I went to the store to resolve the issue by getting a fresh order they proceeded to try to argue when I asked for a resolution. They then said they would remake the order then I witnessed one of the workers spit in my food so I just asked for a refund. I paid 50 dollars for the food and none of it was good enough to eat and I had to take it back and left it at the store.

Unfortunately, I have to edit my review since they no longer take order for pick up on their phone, and that's the only way I order from them. All the apps they told me to order from have the menu items more pricey than in their physical location and I don't have time to go in person, order and wait for the order to get done.
I refuse to pay extra (anywhere between 5 to 10 extra bucks) just to use an app to do something that should be free to do if I call.
New update to my reviw for the owner who commented. Your online menu does not have the item that I was trying to get (which is available on all the other third-party apps) So if I want to order the equivalent to that menu item it would be more expensive to do it using your website.
No, I'm not telling you which item it is, not doing your homework for you, nor QAing for free.
