Staff is always friendly and social. This Location is consistent with service provided. I tend to frequent the drive thru more than inside. I’m happy each time I get a taste for a Bojangles breakfast biscuit, but wish they’d bring the pimento cheese back 🥲.

Bojangles always has good quality food my issue with this particular Bojangles is it is always a wait to get my food. It is not a short wait. I go to other Bojangles restaurants and pick up my food within a minute or two of ordering it. This particular Bojangles consistently makes me wait 10 to 15 minutes for them to prepare my food. Every time. Doesn't matter what time of the day afternoon evening night does not matter. I should be able to go to a restaurant a fast food restaurant particularly, and get my food within a few minutes waiting consistently 10 to 15 minutes every time I try to order from this restaurant is excruciatingly bad. Especially when every other Bojangles I visit does it quickly.
The staff are all very polite they're all very nice, but that does mean no good when I'm on a timetable and need to pick up some food quickly. I will tend to skip this restaurant because of it. It's just not good service. And with the price of food going up consistently it makes it to the point where I don't want to come to this restaurant because time is also money in our lives and this restaurant wastes mine by making me wait again 10 to 15 minutes. And the order I'm doing is not insane. It's usually two three piece tender meals. That shouldn't take 15 minutes every single time. But it does. I'm fairly certain as someone do have management then probably not wanting to cook food earlier because that's food cost and they're trying to reduce their food cost to keep their margins tight and other crap I don't really care about, but it makes for a really shitty experience.

I ordered a steak biscuit and bo rounds and got home and there was an egg biscuit , no bo rounds, no reciept and no napkin. Went back and they asked for the receipt as to check if I actually paid for them. A bit insulting. They gave me what I originally ordered but nothing for my inconvenience and no apology. Btw, it was a 20 minute round trip.

Hello.. I strolled in to land 2 biscuits. Got them tagged and bagged quickly, with all the nick nacks, with no extra verbiage. Nice warm biscuits, with “Sauer’s” Honey, served since 1887. Whipped butter, buttery flake, good crumble to em, and tackled them down with my coffee earlier this morning. Not to shabby…

Was pretty good tbh. They gave spicy chicken that I didn't ask for and were pretty stingy k. The sauces. I was dining in and was given a dine out box set up. Along with my dine in order. They gave me two sides I didn't order and the counters and floors needed cleaned
