Would not recommend. They always have a score in the lower 80s and are very slow. They don’t even have a real person taking your order anymore.

B rating, asked for 3 wings only had to tiny ones. Asked for 2 biscuits only had one. This was 11am ... food was good. Made up for biscuit with promo item. Went through drive thru.

I waited 35 minutes to get my food (#13 with DP) only to get a flat Dr. Pepper and the wrong order. I drive to the window to get a sweet tea instead, wasn’t even barely sweetened. They shorted me a whole chicken breast and the two pieces I got are the smallest, saddest excuse for chicken I’ve seen. I want my money back tbh, but I’d have to drive back up there and deal with the rude staff again. I don’t have a lot of money so this was an L and I wish I would’ve gone somewhere else.

Robin was our cashier, and she had a friendly personality. Ben made the biscuits with love. I told him I could taste the love in the biscuits lol!

Unfortunately, my experience was like many of the others. There was literally only one other customer there but I was still asked to pull up to the front and wait for my order. I got the supremes and they somehow only had three dipping sauces available… I’ve never been at a Bo’s that was so severely understocked. I was told that they were making my order “fresh” which is why I had to pull up to the waiting sign. After over 10 minutes, the worker walked up (very leisurely, taking her time while on her personal phone) and handed me my food. Which was warm…not even hot. Also, the biscuits were hard and inedible.

Everytime I come here on my lunch break I get the rudest employees and ALWAYS have to "pull forward". It's not convenient at all and the food is never fresh! If I have to wait at a "fast food" restaurant, the food should at least be fresh and hot! This by far is the worst Bojangles I've been to

Literally just pulled off from the drive through. My sister and I ordered 2 # 12’s which is LITERALLY listed on the menu as a leg and thigh combo. We pull up to the window, pay and then proceed to sit and wait for about 5-7 mins before she opens the window and asks us to pull up bc they’re waiting on wings. Mind you, we didn’t order damn wings. We ordered the leg and thigh combo. We weren’t able to pull up bc they already had two cars pulled up ahead of us. Then they finally moved, we pulled up and sat and waited another 10-15 minutes for them to bring us out two wing and breast combos. Not what we ordered. If they didn’t have the chicken listed in the meal on the menu, it would’ve took 10 seconds to communicate that. Instead of just giving us what we did NOT order. We had already sat and waited so long we didn’t even feel like going in and saying anything. Won’t be returning and I advise other patrons to do the same until they get it together.

This location should be closed down. The food quality is trash. Undercooked fries. Overcooked supremes. The wait time is very long. You would think with how long you’re waiting the food temperature would be hot but it’s not. I’ve tried them 3 times and always the same experience. Never again.

At one time, I would stop at this Bojangles before I would go to work, but stopped months ago because every time I ordered a biscuit, the bottom would be hard. I like their food, and the biscuits are addictive, but I dont want to spend my hard earned money on something I can not enjoy.

So I was out with my husband yesterday, and we both wanted breakfast. It was after breakfast hours for most restaurants so we decided to go here. I reminded him that I no longer go to this particular Bojangles because of the bottom hard biscuits. I recommended that we go to another one in the area we were traveling to. Needless to say, he decided to go here. We waited in the drive-through for about ten before we placed our order. When we pulled around, we noticed that they had cars parked waiting on their orders. After we paid my husband asked how long is the wait and the young lady asked someone in the store. She came back with "a half a minute." I told my husband if it's only 30 seconds, then why do we have to park? She gave us our drinks with straws and we parked. After waiting another 15 minutes, my husband went into the store to get our food. He said that the food wasn't even fixed and that they were trying to make biscuits for the orders. The person making the biscuits was also working the cash register. Needless to say, after wasting a grand total of 45 minutes at this "fast food" restaurant, we got our food. It was hot and delicious, but the wait was horrendous. Having worked in this industry before, if you have a manager that is organized, you can run a restaurant with minimal help. I did it before, and it was when we literally had to cook the food. And if you see that you can not keep up with demand, you let your customer know, before they place an order, that there will be a wait. You might lose that sale for the day, but if you trust the process, that customer will come back because you were courteous enough to let them know about the wait. To make a long story short, I won't be back to this Bojangles because of the service, but I will go to others in the area where the service is better.

manager @3:50pm on 11/17/2024 extremely rude and disrespectful i was attempting to speak with crew member the manager says she can’t assist because she counting money so i say ok but im talking to the crew member it looks like she’s preparing the wrong meals for me. so the manager keeps talking i say to the manager i thought u we’re counting money , she says i’m not gonna let you disrespect my crew i said mamm i asked a question about my food how is that disrespectful to your crew so she tries to slam the window on my hand she needs to be reprimanded immediately that is not how a manager should treat customers.
