The AUTHENTICITY says it all! BELLISSIMOšš
Fantastic panino, Roman-style pizza and a small selection of goods for purchase. A regular stop for us on the square!
Updating my review because this place is good enough to provide an update.
Iāve been coming here for a year since moving to Marietta. I really love to cook and what had initially had me hooked on this place is that they have ingredients from Italy that wonāt break the bank but are restaurant grade quality or higher.
On a whim- my wife and I went for dinner tonight to get some pizza and take advantage of a wine deal they have going on in June. Everything we tried was incredible.
I think my favorite part about this place (apart from the delicious food) is the owners are some of the friendliest people Iāve ever met who really are on top of their stuff. Itās rare to say Iām able to learn something from a business Iām typically just buying food or ingredients from but seriously- my ability to cook is so much better for knowing these guys (and eating what they sell in their store)
Iāll keep coming back as long as theyāre around Marietta
The restaurant smells like Italy - the fragrance of fresh bread, dry aged meat, and delicious cheeses. They sell sandwiches, pizzas, and gelato but also have a small grocery store of products from Italy. The pecorino romano cheese is the best I've found in Marietta - sharp, fresh, and clean (not overly oily or progressed flavored).
Although they don't serve gluten-free pizza or bread, they do have sanza glutine noodles in the grocery section.
They also have dairy free gelato (lemon flavor).
If you are looking for a slice of Italy in Marietta, this is the place to visit.
(I had the pleasure of visiting Italy one summer)
Awesome restaurant! I come here all the time. The staff are wonderful and if you havenāt tried it yet, youāre wrong.
Bottega on Marietta Square is an absolute gem!! The staff is incredibly friendly and the owner takes pride in delivering authentic food and experience to his customers. It is rare you find a location in Atlanta with imported meats and cheeses from Italy that doesnāt overcharge. They have a full grocery section of dry goods imported at amazing prices. Highly recommend!!
Amazing place with great service and really good quality food. Very highly recommended for people who love quality food!
Walking in you realize itās an authentic Italian spot. Not only is the food they prepare there amazing, but the market items are phenomenal. The price will catch you off guard, because it is so cheap!! Youāre welcomed by a warm caring staff who are beyond kind. Highly recommend !
We ordered a charcuterie board to go - what a way to entertain guests in your home! Fabulous tastes of Italy!! Thank you, Bottega!!!
We ate lunch at Bottega on Motherās Day - the meal was delicious- and the artichokeās and grilled zucchini were fantastic! Canāt wait to go back - 100% worth the hour it took to drive there!

Excellent entre, pizza & dessert!
We came for lunch on Thanksgiving knowing it was open 9am-2pm. At 1pm when we arrived it was already closed . We drove from downtown Atlanta to try it . We are from Italy . Not a good experience
Stumbled upon this fantastic, super authentic Italian pizza shop while exploring downtown Marietta and I gotta say, we were totally blown away! We tried quite a few things and they were all incredibly fresh and tasty.
The owner recommended I get the āspecialā panini with beef ragu stew on it, it was outstanding. My wife had a slice of chicken parm pizza and loved it. This is Roman style, so pretty thick but light and crunchy dough, it was unreal. The pepperoni slice was great as well. The meatball appetizer was awesome⦠three tender juicy meatballs with marinara, served over ricotta with crunchy ciabatta.
Donāt skip the marinated olives for a starter, I could eat those all day!! Service was very warm and friendly, so glad to have this place around.
I like the vibe of this place because it is casual with quality ingredients. I got a bottle of house-made Calabrian chili-infused olive oil that packed the punch I want, but they donāt often have it around. If you like spice that pairs well with Italian food, buy some of that if you see it. The drinks are also a nice addition that gives it a casual, European feel that I appreciate. The first few times I went, I thought it was missing wine. It would be better to me with a cheaper house red and white, but the sangria was fun.
In town visiting for a few days and really enjoyed finding this place. The Napoletano sandwich was so good! Loved the atmosphere too.
