Bruster's Real Ice Cream

This place used to be good but now they will refuse to make 3/4ths of their menu if its within like 45 minutes before they close. Its ridiculous. Went from a great local ice cream place and recently became the crappy store that pretends they can't make anything. So if you want dessert.....get it before dinner because after they'll just say they can't make it. Smdh.

Employees are rude. Ruined the experience for my kids.

Our order was wrong 2 of the 2 times that we went to this location this year. 😓 We don't go much because we eat less calories. The last time we went, they only put 1 thing in the bag even though we had ordered 2 things. Then, just before 7:00 PM tonight my cousin went to get us some. My small turtle sundae was only chocolate ice cream and a few pecans mixed in. I am too sick to go back and have you fix the order.

I came in today to get an ice cream . The black girl that works there rolled her eyes when I came to the window because the speaker is not working properly. I am not here to get a free ice cream . I’m a consumer and I pay . Then I spoke to the Asian lady in charge and explained to her what happened. She got an attitude too and walked away. I have come here with my family for 13 years . I will not be coming back . Please hire competent friendly staff.

Milkshake was all milk with one scoop of ice cream, and the vanilla ice cream for the peanut butter sundae was a weird texture- like fake ice cream.

I love brusters ice cream! My granny took me as a kid plenty of times. I wanted to introduce this to my daughter, however our experience was not that good. They young adults at night are not friendly which i dont really care for anymore. But i asked for a waffle bowl, graham icecream, oreo bits and little bit of caramel, a drizzle over the top of my icecream. She put it in a regular bowl and when i mentioned to her again i asked for a waffle bowl, she rolled her eyes, redid my order but DROWNED my icecream in caramel. The whole bottom of the waffle bowl was excessive amount of caramel, she put it on the top of the icream and on the side of the bowl. I asked for a little bit and i had more caramel than i had icecream. I wish i could just be offered a new icecream instead of being told “not remaking it twice” i was forced to either eat it or waste it.

I didn't like the attitude of the girl who was serving at the drive thru. She seems fed up with her job and then they gave me a straw so small that I couldn't sip the milkshake because the strawberry pieces are too big to fit through.

The best ice cream and always friendly service. And they usually have oat ice cream for us dairy intolerant people and it is delicious.
Please bring back the oat!

Kids say, "Best ice cream in our life! The cookie was so yummy too!" I personally love the outdoor seating with area for the kids to run around in and the fact that the guy at the window taking our orders was very patient and got our orders out to us quickly five stars we all agree!
