Pleasant enough. Kind of expensive, though.

Kids say, "Best ice cream in our life! The cookie was so yummy too!" I personally love the outdoor seating with area for the kids to run around in and the fact that the guy at the window taking our orders was very patient and got our orders out to us quickly five stars we all agree!

Great ice cream should come with great customer service—sadly, that wasn't the case this time.
I've been a loyal customer at Brewster's on lower Roswell Rd for many years, but my experience today left me in shock. Typically, the kiddos there (Teenagers), workers are a pleasure. On my way to my son's football practice, I grabbed a (2) scoop waffle cone of butter pecan on top and cake batter on the bottom, only to find it had chocolate remnants instead in the cake batter. When I called to address it, the young (male) staff member was dismissive and implied that I was lying , and not knowing the difference between flavors. This was stated to me…“ I’m the one who scooped it so I know it’s cake batter but you can bring it back.” “Did you mean birthday cake batter?” “What do you want done?” “You can bring it back.” The blatant I really don’t care about your plans, inconvenience, dismissiveness, and the unapologetic demeanor was such a turn off from the whimsical moment of a SIMPLE ice cream cone after a long work day followed by insuring my responsibility as a parent.
I offered my name/number so I could resolve the matter tomorrow and asked for his. He became indifferent. “I’m not comfortable giving you that.” What? When I mentioned that customer service should provide either a first name, 1st initial to last name, or an employee ID number, his tune shifted.
Nate! If you work at a neighborhood-friendly ice cream shop, I encourage you to improve your communication and service skills. It's important for customers to know who they're speaking to for future reference.
I hope that you can do better in the future.

Profits Over People (or Pets)
For years, this Brusters has offered a complimentary "Pup Cup" when combined with an ice cream purchase. Today I was told by this snotty teenage boy that the pet must be with you in order to get the free Pup Cup. My dog was at home where 99% of residential dogs reside.
Today, after dropping $20 for overpriced frozen desserts, stingy and shortsighted Brusters lost my business over a 25-cent freebie. Way to go, Brusters.

The cone was STALE and the ice cream was a bit too soft.
I ordered blue pop..I wanted ice cream. Not frozen sugar water...the worst taste ever..is there a real ice cream shop in Marietta?
With taste buds yearning for something sweet, we ventured out on an epic ice cream hunt. ? ?
Treats:
Dino sundae for the kid?
Hot fudge brownie with chocolate peanut butter with buckeye ice cream ?
And my treat was a hot fudge brownie with oreo cheesecake ice cream ?
* Since this was a to go order, our treats were packed separately to avoid the ice cream melting on top of the warm brownie ?
Parking: There is plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: There are some tables and benches if you want to enjoy your treat there.

Very Disappointing. $6.49 for a small waffle cone!? The cone was very stale (came from a huge trash bag full of them) and chocolate ice cream tasted like a generic grocery store brand - soft and without much flavor. I won’t be going back — though they did have a lot of customers.

The customer service was great. Ice cream was great too and the staff were kind enough to keep a wallet I had left until I got back and I am deeply grateful. Your team work with a sense of integrity and that is amazing.

Tried this place for the first time and ended up getting horrible food poisoning. Really, really disappointed since the ice cream was pretty good ? I don’t think I’ll be retuning.

Ice creamed when I found out how close we lived to Brusters. They have so many awesome flavors and they are anything but vanilla. Aldough you may have concerns about crowds on a weekend, the staff is really friendly and they don’t conedone rude customers. My favorite time to go is at the end of a weekend, on a sundae.
