I bought a single scoop for my kid and the scoop was so small that you could see the side on the bottom of the cup! I was in shock as I've been a customer for years and have never gotten that before. When I asked about it, I was told, "A scoop is a scoop." I'm thinking every other store provides a scoop, and it never looks like that! I feel like I wasted my money. Never again!

Okay, Bruster’s. Generally, I’m happy with you all, but you have to train your people not to give your customers old, spoiled bananas. I never return food because I don’t trust servers, so I threw away the banana and kept the ice cream. Please do better.

I didn't realize they had made 2 pupcups and put in the bag so I gwt there and ask for 1 the guy looked at me a lil weird but made it I gave it to my dog, got home opened the bag and there was 2 more!!! I love those guys up there!!! Keep up the good work and smiles!! Made my day!!

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream!!! :) as fun as that chant is there is no need to scream at this Bruster’s. The service is top notch!!!! They let me try a lot of flavors. I really enjoy the ice cream overall. But you really can’t go wrong with getting some delicious ice cream here. This time I got sea salt toffee Carmel and butter pecan. My family LOVES graham central station (which I think is the best too but can’t have due to allergies now)! I appreciate that everything is made there!! That makes it even better!!
I get sometimes disappointed with portions being inconsistent and don’t love how expensive it is. You can go on customer appreciation nights and use coupons! Signing up for their rewards are worth it too.

Parking: Parking can sometimes be hard on a busy night but people use the lot next door too!

Always really good and the prices are decent for what you get. Like a lot of places nowadays though, they pressure you into absurd tip amounts before you're allowed to pay. You can tell that employees pay attention to what you press too. Kind of irritating but I guess that's just the norm these days.
