This Bruster's location is my go to for ice cream. There are several flavors that are fantastic, and I have to say the cinnamon ice cream is one of my favorites. When they first make a new batch of ice cream in any flavor, it can be a bit soft, so I will get it in a cup with a lid so I can stick it in my freezer to harden up a bit more. The service is usually good, but like all places, they can have an off night.

Ordered a chocolate shake they made vanilla added a little chocolate syrup instead of making it over it was still almost all vanilla then girl had a attitude and got nasty and would not take it back never had that kind of service there but if we are going to have young girls that give customers attitudes when they did it wrong then I don’t know

My ice cream had a long black hair in it, and my sister was charged a 4$ tip after hitting 1$ and the heavy girl at the drive thru window was very rude.

I ordered a chocolate raspberry truffle large milkshake and they said they were out of that flavor so I ordered a rocky road and white Oreo milkshake. They gave me a cookies n cream milkshake ?♀️?
If you don’t have any of those flavors let me know so I can choose something else!! DONT WASTE MY MONEY!!
Friendly staff and great ice cream. They even give a free baby cone to kids under the age of 2! They have tables to sit and enjoy your ice cream and a drive through.

The lady working had the worst attitude when I asked if they had any cakes. Then I asked to write happy birthday with a name and this is how they wrote it. No name was on the cake after the happy birthday and it’s also written so poorly. This location has become horrible.
