We got take out last night and we got and mixed vegetables. It was watery and had no taste. The two stars was really for the rice. We also had a spicy pork double cooked dish also had no flavor except for chili. For $36 it was a waste of money.

Decent food and great customer service. The only thing that is annoying to me is the smell of someone. I think the building used to be a smoking zone because it lingers. I suffer from allergies and makes me sensitive when I’m in there.

The 1 star is because literally out of the 5 things ordered the hot and sour soup was the only edible thing. Meat in curry beef was spoiled, Szechuan chicken was sweet (not spicy) and watery, crab rangoon had no flavor, white and fried rice were both trash. Very disappointed and will never recommend this place.
We have been looking for good Chinese take out that has good reviews and a good health score. We thought we would try Buddhas delight in Sandy Plains Road. It is 9 miles from us so outside of their delivery area. When I first walked in to pick up, I was a little put off by the stale smoke smell, like someone had been smoking cigarettes. Don't let that detour you if you go in for pick up, because the food is amazing. We had chicken moo shu and beef foo young. Worth the drive.

Seafood hot and sour soup was supposed to have shrimp, imitation crap and small scallops. Only had imitation crab. Tangerine beef tasted burnt, chile peppers and tangerine rind was burnt and ruined flavor of dish!! Salt and pepper squid haf great flavor but over cooked/chewy like rubberbands!! Called them but denied not putting shrimp and scallops in soup and had no response to my complaint. Offered nothing!! I miss Shangrila Bistro, hope they re-open in a new location soon!!

I've been eating here for almost 30 years and never been disappointed. Everything I've eaten has been just fantastic for my taste, portions are generous, and everything is fresh, fresh, fresh. My favorite is the Stir Fried Grouper w/ Asparagus (also has other veggies in it) from the Chef's Special section of menu, but honestly it's hard to have a favorite thing there. On top of that the staff is just sweet as can be. My #1 place for food when I don't feel like cooking.

I've been eating here for almost 30 years and never been disappointed. Everything I've eaten has been just fantastic for my taste, portions are generous, and everything is fresh, fresh, fresh. My favorite is the Stir Fried Grouper w/ Asparagus (also has other veggies in it) from the Chef's Special section of menu, but honestly it's hard to have a favorite thing there.
