The meat was super dry in the bowl, the kimchi was not even remotely cold and smelled sour- not fermented sour- like it was left out and went bad sour. I ended up getting sick the next morning after eating here, and it’s the only food I ate that day that wasn’t a microwave ramen so it had to be from here unfortunately. Was very excited for the concept of the place, and the employees were nice.
Edited bc I gave it two stars bc the employees were nice, but I genuinely felt like I was dying after eating here

So disappointed I use to come here often when the market was just opened and it was one of my favorites. I then moved away but just moved back and couldn’t wait to get a bowl. Ordered through delivery and unfortunately was so disappointed. The meat was dry and tasteless and I ordered sushi rice but they either gave me just regular white rice or their sushi rice has gone down hill and was also very dry. If I’m at the market in person I may give it one more try but I’m afraid it just isn’t the same quality anymore.

Food was fresh and tasty with lots of variety. There was a mix up with my bill and the owner corrected it promptly. I would eat here again.

We recently dined at the Marietta Square Market and made a stop at Bullgogi. My husband ordered the Raw Poke. It was a fantastic fusion of flavors, with a sushi rice base topped with spicy tuna, regular tuna, spicy crab salad, and an impressive mix of toppings and sauces. What really stood out, though, was the unique twist Bullgogi added with Korean elements. The poke had a delightful kick from the spicy sauce, but it was the pickled radish and kimchi that truly made it shine. The kimchi, in particular, was his favorite, adding an unforgettable depth of flavor that set this poke bowl apart from the others we've tried.

The service was also top-notch. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, answering our questions with ease and helping us decide on the perfect dish.

It made the overall experience even more enjoyable. A deliciously bold and refreshing take on a classic dish!

Staff is very rude. The woman who was making my bowl had a very nasty attitude, she wouldn’t speak when I spoke, she was on here phone while I was trying order . The service is just horrible, also the portion size could be better

Fantastic poke bowl!

hi. The food was delicious. The owner was friendly. The staff that helped me was terrible. She doesn't look into your eyes. Her face looks like someone who doesn't want to work or see customers. Train her or eliminate her. Really sour taste. And she gets mad if I don't tip her. If I tipped her for great service, it would be a lie. I'm giving it 5 stars because I know how hard the owner works to make everything delicious.

Personally I’ve had good luck with the cooked protein options but will note my friends ended up getting old raw fish for the poke option. So I now stay away from that option and hope it was just a one off event. Otherwise portions and spicy chicken is good.
