The customer service here and the communication is horrible. I pulled away with cold fries, I came back to ask for hot fries and I sat waiting in the drive thru without any communication from the drive thru worker. He finally came to the window to address me and he complained bc I asked for a whole new meal bc now my burger is cold. They were not rude, the communication is just not there. I will not be back

I mean, its a fast food restaurant. Not much here will whoo you, but the service was great. Everyone was nice and respectful and fun to chat with. My family stopped there around 12pm today.

Service was excellent, upbeat, and hilarious. The food was fresh and hot. Since I was a take out, I can't really judge atmosphere.

They forgot to give us the correct amount of French toast sticks so I sent my daughter to retrieve them and instead of solving it with respect and class they kept yelling at my daughter and raising voices. If I wasn’t already late I would have went in there myself but never coming back.

I ordered a Vanilla Iced coffee. The Austell location sold out. The sweetest lady was the cashier. Her customer service was amazing during the entire transaction.I wish I could remember her name. I would pass up Austell & drive to that location again for that service.
The manager is a people person. She made everything literally my way. She has a customer first attitude and it's a rare thing to have in today's society

I just recently went to this location and wanted to apply a coupon, but the worker at the drive-thru didn’t know how to apply it. I just hope there is better training. The coupon was valid but lack of training was the issue.

The employee did not know how to charge correctly for the Halloween meal so he charged me individually for each item. ($45) The app very clearly showed the value meal with price however, when I showed it to him, he and the other lady were rude and refused to correct the prices. Employees were insanely loud. The Halloween items did not have Halloween packaging. And there was a roach crawling on the floor. Horrible experience.
