So I came to this Burger King Friday, March 21. I got in Line at about 10:17 PM. I finally decide at 10:27 to pull around to the window because nobody was taking my order and he gonna tell me I need to go back around to the window and wait because they busy nobody was in front of me, everybody was gone I guess because they had so many DoorDash orders that mean they neglect the drive-through which had over eight customers in line! He felt it was OK to neglect the drive-through because they had so many DoorDash orders. What kind of customer service is that I was patient and sat in line when you asked me to wait but it’s nobody in front of me. What am I waiting for for you to catch up for DoorDash? That’s not right I will never go to this location again. I will never recommend this restaurant the last time I came the person at the window made me laugh because he was just outside smoking weed and then it goes straight back inside after I pull in the drive-through and wanna take orders like this is a good Burger King and everybody needs to shut this location down. I’m all four people keeping their job, but if you can’t keep the amount of people it takes to work, DoorDash and the drive-through. It’s a problem in Burger King. You got to do better!

Service is hit or miss. Not sure if they have staffing issues, but appeared short handed on last 2 visits. On Sunday night cars were leaving the drive-thru line because of the wait.

Ordered an impossible whopper for my girlfriend, but they gave her a regular whopper. SPECIFICALLY ASKED for an impossible whopper and they gave a regular one. Suppose I hadn’t eaten it before, she would have gotten sick. This place is horrible and has terrible service. Employees can't listen and lack service when it comes to delivering what they’re meant to deliver, because this isn’t the first time my order has been wrong at this location, and I’m sure it won’t be the last.

Lobby is supposed to open at 7. I arrived at 7:55 to locked doors and the employee inside just kept waving me to go around to drive thru. Fine. I order through the drive thru. I get my food almost instantly and immediately see why, as it was already made and is COLD. Not warm, COLD. Go back around AGAIN because lobby is still closed an hour past when it is supposed to be open and they replace the order. Replacement food is warm, still not hot or fresh. Don't waste your time or money here.

I dont know why I keep giving them a chance, I have gone 9 times already and I have been disappointed every single time. They make you wait for a long time when they have 4 people at a time working but there's no customers. One female staff member got an attitude with me for asking them if they can switch the royal sauce with mayonnaise and she wants to say it's the same thing when it's not. They are always forgetting something like right now they didn't give me the icing for the cine minis, the food is always cold and dry like it's been sitting there and they repeat the order 4 times when you say it loud and clear. This is the last time I go to that burger king, waste of your time and money.

I visited with my husband and my sister. My husband and I were traveling from Mississippi back to our home in the Fort Stewart, GA area. So, my husband and I decided to make a brief stop and visit with my sister who lives in Austell. She suggested that we meet at this BK location in Marietta, so we did. I was highly pleased with how welcoming, friendly, professional, etc. the staff was. Even the manager (Mr. Jason) came out to our seats and personally greeted and welcomed us. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious; and the restaurant was extremely clean. Other patrons were present and appeared to be relaxed, at ease, and enjoying their visit. I will definitely be visiting this location again, if I'm again in the area.
