I work full time at dobbins Air Force base and I usually come to this location for lunch or dinner 3-4 times a week and I have never had a problem. Always fast service, the workers are very respectful, and the food is always good.

I was running errands and decided to hit up BK for lunch. I placed a mobile order but unbeknownst to me I ordered from the wrong store. The Manager, Camilla, was sweet enough to take care of me. I am so appreciative to her. …..and this is why BK Rules. Thanks again!

Tried to order with a coupon & when I said I had another coupon for a separate transaction was told I could not use it. As a fast food worker myself, I know that if it is a separate transaction you can, in fact, do that. When I questioned that I was rudely told we would have to drive around again! Wow great customer service there... My family & I then left to spend our money elsewhere. Not sure who was managing but as we drove away we could hear someone in the back ground telling that employee to accept the orders. To little to late, we will not be back to this location.

The previous comments at this placeare 100% accurate. The chick with the greenish blue hair needs to be fired asap. Attitude from the second I started talking to her and has the nurve to talk to me like im an idiot even though they got the order wrong. Don't waste you money here.

After I Ordered 2 Meals I Asked For Buffalo Sauce And Honey Mustard This Lady In Blue Greenish Hair Came To The Window Outta No Where Talking Bout That’s 30 Cents All Rude With A Attitude Never Will I Go There Again BadCustomer Service Her And The Lady Who Took My Order Had Attitudes And I Was Never Once Rude The One On South Cobb Don’t Be Like That

The place is good but the attitude as they serve you is not very good because of everything they get upset and when you go to order something like ketchup or buffalo sauce they only give you one and if you want more they will sell it to you that is wrong because I bought burgers for four people and they gave me only one, the simple truth is that they pass, I don't know if the owners of the restaurant know, I hope they change and treat people the best, thank you..
