Today, at 1:20 p.m. I drove up to the drive-thru window.
I asked for a chocolate shake.
I was informed by the drive-thru service associate:
"There is no shake machine at this location!"
Which sounds very unusual to me! Since I have been by this location many times and gotten them before!!!!

Very terrible terrible place. I went there to get a burger a few weeks ago and and older black lady who might be the manager took my order and instead swapped it and gave me another person’s burger with maple sugar and expexted me to wait for her to remake it. Just now was hungry and decided to stroll there to get something. The place was locked to I walked to the drive through to get something which I always do and the staff attend to me. Sadly it was this older black woman there today who was so mean and will not even attend to me. Insisted i must be in a car to attend to me. So much for customer service. Will never ever order from there whenever i see her I will just walk away

Fast food quality control is nonexistent. No one is checking on what is being served. First time in about 3 weeks eating fast food, and I never really knew the difference between fresh and whatever this is . I pray I can stay away from this garbage.

Just had the most pleasant drive thru experience at this location. Marling Vargas is an employee to cherish, it’s not very often I get that level of service at fast food anymore. ??

Gave me the wrong burger twice. Hispanic lady working the counter 9/21 @ 4:40 pm seemed disinterested in helping me get what I wanted, so I threw the burger away and left. Mistakes happen and customers miscommunicate, but when the staff makes me feel like an inconvenience I won't return. What's funny, is immediately after I went to Wendy's across the street and they also messed my burger up, but they took the time to ask me to clarify and remade it correct the 2nd time. The young guy at Wendy's seemed interested in my concern.
It says it’s open at 6 ….i definitely just came at 6:40 and there definitely closed. It sucks cause i actually like this place. I will not be returning:(

I purchased four meals through the drive thru. I asked at the point of order for six things of BBQ sauce so that I could be charged extra if necessary. I get to the window and the woman asks me if I want ketchup. Again I asked for six things of BBQ sauce. Her response was I can give you four. I said I asked at the window in case I needed to be charged extra. Then after some time talking to a male with a headset she determines that there is no way to charge me extra and instead gives me my food and says six is too many. I checked the bag and she placed five in the bag. I'm just annoyed by the exchange because never this at this Burger King.

What a disappointing scam of a location! I ordered a whooper junior for my kid. It was the size of a dinner roll, very sad looking without any lettuce nor tomato that should have been in it. Don't waste your time going there.
