The food was decent, but the manager wasn’t very friendly. They seemed to be rushing people in the lobby and didn’t appear happy to be there. Wouldn’t rec this location.

I went through drive through earlier this evening and ordered a #1 and then a #9 on the #9 I asked for LIGHT MAYO NO LETTUCE ADD CHEESE, I was told they only do it with mayo or without mayo, I got charged for the cheese but no cheese and had no mayo, I got a plain Original Chicken Sandwich!! Nothing I asked for was on the sandwich at all, when did you change your Moto have it your way if I wanted light mayo I should have been able To get light mayo, and you can’t be charging for cheese then not give it to the customer that’s stealing money that is not theirs!!
They have the worst customer service and don’t know how to take care of your customers they don’t care what they want on there sandwich or don’t want on there sandwich they had no right stealing my Money from me that’s fraud!! And theft and that’s illegal !! This location should not be in business!! They need to either give the customers what they want or go the hell out of business!!! They Suck!!!

After dealing with especially bad traffic I stopped by entirely because I was out of options and it was convenient. I was happy to find a easily to access parking lot, clean restrooms, quick and attentive staff, and fresh hot food. (One of the better fast food burgers I've enjoyed this year.) My only complaint is that many of the tables were a mess, but this was just after the lunch rush.

I stopped by around 2 PM and there were no other customers in the drive-thru, lobby, or parking lot. I ordered a simple meal with chicken fries and specifically asked for barbecue sauce. When I checked my bag, the sauce was missing. With no other customers present, I don’t understand how this kind of mistake still happens.
In addition, the fries smelled and tasted like old oil that hasn’t been changed in a while. The quality was very poor, and this has unfortunately become a consistent issue at this location.
I used to visit frequently, but the declining food quality and lack of attention to basic service (like getting the order right) is disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously, invests in better training, and ensures food is cooked in fresh oil. Customers should feel confident that their order will be correct and taste fresh.

The crispy whopper is a joke. Nothing at all was crispy. I mean nothing. Little slimy piece of bacon. Onion ring you couldn’t taste it for the dough. And that sorry dressing. Try again

Went in for lunch while trying to use the offers from the app but it wouldn't accept my 6 digit code. I had it generate a second one but alas we couldn't figure out how I could give them money for food so I left hungry. Waste of 15 minutes, ordering food is usually very simple and straightforward but not here
