I just tried to place an order to drive-through and a woman cashier was so rude. I left without ordering anything.

This is the worst Burger King in the state of Georgia. Do not come here. Come here to get sandwiches. Came to get two double cheeseburgers. They've done this twice. They're putting one piece of cheese on a double cheeseburger and they're telling people that management said do it that way. But yet you're paying $3.50 for a sandwich is supposed to come with two pieces of cheese and then they tell you that they're too busy to deal with the problem and they got other work to do. Do not come here. This place is sorry and they need to fire everybody and shut it down!!!! This is how companies die smh false advertising

1 small burger for $9 and a gross shake. I asked for chocolate oreo, he gave me a plain oreo shake and quickly closed the drive thru window. I throw the shake away after a few gulps. Can taste the cow milk, so gross.

They are definitely doing better, wait times are considerable at the drive thru, back then I had to o wait over 25 minutes to get my food. Keep it up guys!

Horrible experience. Won't be returning. Food wasn't made correctly. This location is cheating customers out of food and money. You definitely don't get what you pay for at this location. The employees and managers have really brought this location down hill.

I ordered food through the drive-thru tonight around 8:20pm on 10/09/25. And the young gentleman at the window was professional and courteous. Best employee there!

I got terrible customer service at the drive-through. The cashier tried to shortchange me five dollars and some change and got a attitude when I called her out on it. The manager didn’t seem to care terrible experience. I probably will never go back there.
So the short stumpy black guy with an attitude I guess he was the manager when I asking the price very cocky and very rude at the window bad attitude all I was doing was asking for the price so horrible service but the food tasted okay because of Burger King otherwise I would have left

false and lazy advertising. shows on drive thru menu they sale 4 piece mozzarella sticks, but then tell you at the drive thru thats only through mobile orders. doesnt make any sense and may business karma do its thang bcuz this franchise doesnt care
