I just order at the drive thru 1/19/25 , 6:20 pm and the lady started creaming at me just bc I asked is it a meal right ? If you can’t answer a simple question nicely you need to go work somewhere else fix your life , as a client I don’t need no rude attitude before I’m about to eat

Just paid $27 for lunch they took 20 mins to bring my food to the window, When I ask for my drink the manager yelled it’s only 2 of us working and slammed the window ….I told them to keep the drink and drove off….

For fun I ordered the Creepy & Kooky meal. The burger on the purple bun looks great. The picture of the chocolate shake shows the cup filled to the brim. Unfortunately, it appears they only fill the cup about an inch short of the top. For $4.29, the cup should be full. I don't know if this is policy or just a lazy employee. Either way, it will be long time before I'm back.

Order breakfast and gave me the wrong order. Call and manager said oh we see it was put in the system wrong order bring it back and we give you another order. Really I am at work I don’t get off till 7 pm but oops I was charge never going there again. Every time I call Coporate it hang up ZERO CUSTOMER

In this review, I want to express my negative experience and the need for better customer service.

I have ordered from the Burger King at 3740 Austell Rd SW three times in the past, each time using a food app. With every order, there have been issues, such as missing items. Because of this, each food app requested documentation, which I uploaded for verification. Consequently, I received accommodations and refunds for the missing items.

However, during my third order, I decided to call the restaurant. My goal was to speak with the manager about my previous issues and discuss how to prevent them in the future.

Before I could finish my statement, I was met with indignation and hostility. I was told I needed to admit that I didn’t know how to use the app. Several times, while being berated as if I were a child, I was told to acknowledge my mistake. I am fully capable of using an app—I have four college degrees, including a master's in education and a specialist degree in technology instruction, along with over 20 years in the education system.

That said, I understand that we all face stress at work and that customers can be challenging. However, the most important thing in customer service is to listen. You don’t have to agree with the customer, but you should listen.

Let me be clear: I never raised my voice or acted irately. I am currently at home due to an illness and simply don’t have the energy for that. Imagine being sick and stressed, then dealing with this situation.

The manager’s treatment of me was unacceptable. I would never speak to anyone the way I was spoken to today. Even if I had made a mistake (which I did not), belittling me, talking down to me, yelling, cutting me off, and refusing to let me speak is not how to address a customer.

If I had made a mistake, I would admit it, but I wasn’t even given a chance to explain. I understand we all have bad days; I have no idea what the manager was going through, but I hope things improve for them.

After this exchange, the food I ordered went untouched. Burger King has lost a customer, and I will never eat at this establishment again.

If I learned anything from this, it’s that I will never speak to anyone the way I was treated today.

Drive thru took about 20 mins to get our order. Cashier guy didn't say a word but did was pretty good.
Loved that we could use our points(crowns) more than one at a time!

Male worker was very rude and did not have any patience at all, I wouldn’t tolerate any action like that,if you’re unhappy about your job and can’t have patience, don’t work fast food jobs period.

The saying says," Have it your way." I ordered my burger a certain way and they still didn't get it right. I told the guy in the drive thru that it wasn't right. The female manager states that they couldn't take it back once it's out the window. She didn't try to help me in any way. The gentleman that took the order stated that he could give me a pack of mayo to improvise. I will NEVER come back to this restaurant. Someone needs training on customer service and what should be done in a situation like this one. YOU NEVER LET YOUR CUSTOMER LEAVE UNSATISFIED!!
