Cafe Bourbon St.

My husband and I tried this place for the first time today. I don’t have any complaints about the food. It’s fine. However, a woman working in the back had her baby standing on the counter, jumping up and down. She was holding him up with one hand while handling food prep things with the other. This baby was standing on the counter in the food prep area. He was the age to be in a diaper. No matter how clean you keep your baby, this is unsanitary. And has to be against food safety and child safety rules.
I will not be able to eat here again.

servers were nice & the food was so good 9/10. the bourbon st fries were fireeee and the shrimp po boy is good.

This place is trash drove an hour for High hopes but completely disappointed. Customer service is trash cashier seemed irritated which should have been my Que that it was a red flag. Said I would of gotten a text which I didn’t when received my food complete trash highly don’t recommended hope the other location isn’t the same but won’t visit again complete waste of my hard earned money!

Kid working sneezed into his shirt and wiped his nose with his shirt and hands and didn’t wash them before returning to food prep.

Went for the first time to see if they would live up to the hype seen on Instagram. They did not disappoint in the slightest! Food was immaculate, well presented, and fresh. Service was amazing as well

I’ve been to both locations and they never miss! I’ve tried most of the items on their menu and everything has been consistently delicious. One of my favorite go-to spots. Authentic cuisine & everyone is always nice & welcoming. One of my favorite spots in the city!!!

Service was great and I really enjoyed the food. I got the Bourbon Chicken Tenders and the portion was really great. The chicken tasted fresh and was really plump, juicy and tender. It came apart with ease, the breading was well seasoned and crisp. Sauce was very flavorful and not overly sweet. Fries were also really good they were well seasoned and lightly salted. Definitely would recommend it was delicious.

Just shut it down. Every time I’ve been here I expect it to have improved and every time I’m disappointed. Service is slow and the workers have a lazy disposition. Order is ALWAYS wrong, no matter how easy it should be. This place needs to be replaced with a better option for seafood at the Marietta Square.

I have written over a thousand reviews on google maps - go ahead and click my profile to see all of the reviews I’ve written. I maybe have left five 1 star reviews, and I can tell you that my experience at this “restaurant” or whatever it is was right about at the top. This is less than a 1 star establishment. From top to bottom this is the worst managed business ever. Incompetence at every single level. The two employees working the night of my experience were a special level of incompetent. It would be hard to be any worse than they were.

I recently visited cafe bourbon street and had high hopes for a great meal, but unfortunately, my experience was somewhat disappointing. I ordered wings and a shrimp Po'boy, and it took around 45 minutes for my food to arrive. During that time, I noticed several other diners expressing similar frustrations about the wait.
The communication from the staff wasn't as clear as I would have liked, which contributed to the overall sense of disorganization. It seems like the restaurant may struggle with managing peak times effectively, especially on busy nights like Fridays. It might be beneficial for the owner to take a more active role during these hours to help improve the situation.
While I appreciate the effort that goes into running a restaurant, this experience left me feeling uncertain about returning in the future. I hope they can address these issues, as I believe they have the potential to offer a much better dining experience.

Food was AMAZING, flavorful & cooked well !! The customer service was 10/10 !! Cant wait to go back :)

The food was good but they put way too much powdered sugar on the beignets and ways too much season on the fries HEAVY HANDED asf… wish that I could have gotten to see New Orleans culture shine a bit more there… waited a while before we got helped (they’re currently hiring) people was leaving

The food and service is top tier! I have always had a good experience with Cafe Burbon St. (all locations) and will always continue to support! ✨
