Placed an order for beignets and they did not disappoint! We ordered at the kiosk and got a text when they were ready. They were fresh and the staff was friendly

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and finally decided to go and it was terrible. They presented me with a hot glob of garbage and served it over rice. I would rather eat dog food than this bowl or trash.

Took an extremely long time to receive the text confirming the food was ready. Once received waited an additional 10mins to get my food. Ordered the chicken wings and they were undercooked & beignets were dry as they were cooked earlier this morning. Won’t visit here again.

Service: The kindest and most down-to-earth people you'll meet in the market. All smiles and a real family feel.Atmosphere: The store front looks like you walked into New Orleans with windows pointing into the kitchen. Very cleanly.Food: The food!!! SO SO SO good. We had the Bourbon ranch fries and the Gumbo and the flavor is perfect. Your nose won't mislead you with this food, it really tastes as good as it smells!

My boyfriend and I visited at the Marietta Square Market location and I can’t wait to go back! I felt kind of bad because we got there abt 9’ish and it closes at 10 there, so I could tell the staff was a little tired + ready to go. However, they still made the food to perfection and made sure everything was right! We got the egg rolls, chicken wing basket + fries and it was all pretty yummy. The drizzle was a little tooooo heavy on the egg rolls, but they were still good. I love that they make their own ranch so that was nice dipping my fries in. And the wings had a good breading on it and whatever sauce they tossed it in was like a nice sweet + spicy ? we certainly plan to go back and I’d like to try to po boy + beignets!

Let me tell you, the food is delicious but you can have great food all day…but if that customer service is not good…well then it doesn’t matter. They always have 2-3 people working in here and the wait time is sloowww. It doesn’t matter if there is 1 person or 2 people in line. That wait time is always going to be over an hour. Everyone looks like they’re high and moves in slow motion. I ordered beignets and waited an hour for them. Another guy ordered a Po boy sandwich and waited an hour in a half. Then they don’t have any kind of information that shows you that you are going to get a refund , you just have to go by the manager’s word. It took 20 minutes for them to tell me that they were out of stock for the beignets . She saw me waiting and didn’t say nothing until I walked up and checked on my order. This is not the first time, and she was a manager as well. The service is very horrible.

Went to the Marietta Square Market with a group of friends and our kids. We all picked different vendors to order food from. I was the only one who picked this place. Thank god it was just me. It took almost an hour just to get a shrimp po boy that I ordered. My entire group that I came with was done eating their meals and came looking for me. I missed out on the entire outing because of this place. Thank goodness my kids got their meals from another vendor and were able to eat. Even after I got the sandwich, they had drowned it with so much sauce it was almost inedible. I was so fed up I didn't even feel like going back to say anything. There were even people in line that were asking for refunds because they were so frustrated. I will never come to this location again and definitely will steer any of my family, friends and coworkers away as well. I don't know how this place is even in business still. After reading the other awful reviews, this place has it doesn't sound like the owners even listen to the feedback as its the same issue in all of them.

Baby let me tell you! I debated on leaving this review, but had I seen a like review, it would’ve saved me $60. I’m an original N.O. Girl who moved to ATL and have been fooled on occasion by “New Orleans restaurants “. Following this family online lead me to believe their “Original N.O. Food from an original N.O. Family “ would get it right. Upon arrival, an IPad is available for you to take your own order. (Which I actually appreciate and prefer!) The wait was about 30 minutes. The shrimp poboy is not from New Orleans but the pits of Lafourche Parish. Not a French bread in sight. The lettuce wasn’t even shredded, but actual leafs of lettuce..that’s not N.O. The shrimp was made for something, but not an original Poboy. Cajun fries had No spice in their life. The loaded fries were pretty decent. Jambalaya egg rolls would’ve been nice if not smothered in roumulade sauce. Now that gumbo, It smelled scorched and was thicker than country gravy. I saw no meat at all in my 16oz cup for $13.50. As I type I still haven’t tried it because honestly I’m afraid. So I can’t go in too hard on that. Beignets were decent but very dense and oddly unfilling. And to wrap up this review during black history month, there were about 4 yt people cooking in the back..I think they may be from Bieneville. Anyway, I appreciate the work you guys put into your business and any hardship you may have had to overcome during growth. I understand as I am an entrepreneur myself. Please just do better, we love y’all.
