Service was prompt and friendly. Online ordering was easy.My wife’s pasta was very good. My calzone wasn’t edible. Undercooked, oil filling the plate and very soggy. They were very busy. Maybe it got rushed out of the oven too early.Shallowford Road location near the Kroger.

Small place where you order at the counter. Love the pizza, but the lasagna and ziti were also close to my wife's. We'll be back.

Ordered two pizzas on DoorDash on Friday night, a Sicilian and a Mary Ann, and also got an antipasto salad, garlic knots and tiramisu. The Sicilian was ok, but the crust was pre-baked, badly overcooked, a GALLON OF SAUCE with unbaked center had raw cheese and cold sauce. It was really disappointing. It could have been a good pizza if they hadn’t pre-baked the crust, and added less sauce. Clearly Capozzi’s has heard about what a Sicilian pizza is, but has never actually had a real one. It’s sorta like some aliens seeing bunch of human movies, and then they try to make a movie themselves for their human pets. While what the humans see vaguely resembles a movie, it makes no sense and is just a random series of loosely related scenes. The Mary Ann was completely disgusting to be perfectly honest. It had at least a whole pint of ricotta cheese, and about a pound of frozen spinach on it in huge blobs. I am not kidding, these pizzas were about ten pounds each, they were HEAVY (in an alarming way for a pizza). The gross amount of ricotta and spinach only allowed me to eat one slice before deciding I would probably throw the rest away. It was a horrible pizza. Edible, but it looked like a twelve year old works in the kitchen at Capozzi’s.Last I’ll comment on the garlic knots. I tried one after experiencing the pizza to see what I was in for. The dough was alright, same as pizza (tbh tasteless and no chew). The garlic butter made me want to spit it all out, though. It tasted of the worst acrid burned garlic butter flavor that you can imagine. It was full of fresh minced garlic, sure, but it tasted like a burned garlic holocaust in my mouth. It was a war crime. Shame on you Capozzi’s.I will never eat here again. You guys need to go back to pizza school.

I had the absolute BEST chicken parmigiana sub last night from here. Cannot recommend the food here more highly. Pizza also great!

This was my second time here. Consistent, delicious. Great group of people working here that are super friendly and take care of everything you need. It's very cozy on the inside and smells amazing. There are a couple of booths as well as table seating. Highly recommend the sausage and peppers with pasta as well as the chicken Parm. But my favorite will always be cheese pizza.

On a budget, Carozza's has a small town feel with good pizza and calzones. Price point is perfect for what you get. Staff is friendly especially for employing local HS kids. Great neighborhood pizza.

Had the most sad little slice of pizza. If we are comparing them to the worst slice in NY I would say it was half the size it should be and was 3$ plus 1$ tip. You can get a slice for 1.50$ in NY that’s twice the size. Taste was just ok. Not worth coming back to.

DO NOT come to this place unless you want to eat something random. I asked for chicken alfredo specifically, any word that sounds slightly like permesan did not come out of my mouth. They served me chicken permesan after 20 minutes of wait and argued that I said chicken permesan, did not give my correct order. Terrible service, terrible people, terrible food.

We're so lucky to have this little gem in the neighborhood. Good people making all kinds of good Italian, especially pizza.

Great pizza. great servers My go to Italian restaurant I just wish they had a liquor license because red wine would go so well with this restaurant

Apparently, id been here before but didn't leave a review & I forgot! We got a white pizza, chicken Lazio & garlic knots for takeout today! Total was ~$50 before tip and this will be enough food for 3 meals for 2 of us The garlic knots are very garlicky (yess) and come with marinara for dipping. Super soft inside, slightly crispy. Very tasty! The chicken Lazio is a flavor bomb. There's so much going on from sundried tomatoes, artichokes, cream sauce and goat cheese. If you like the chicken Brian at maggianos, you'll like this. White pizza looks like a NY style, has a great thin crust & the pieces are huge! We were in new York last month so look, this might be a pizza spot on our return list. White pizza is a good one.. might try a red sauce next time They told us it'd take 35-40 mins and we got there in about 45 mins and everything was ready, not sure for how long but they gave it right to us. In a strip mall so plenty of parking
