I ordered my food. When I got home. I noticed they left out my family order of harsh puppies. When I call back, the guy answered the phone acting like they was McDonald's. I told him to stop playing on the telephone. Because I know who i called and he said so what you won't and I brought to his attention. That they didn't give me all of my food. He Answer. Oh well you know, we be busy. And we forget some time which is unacceptable? And the traffic on austell road is to busy. For people to keep coming back-and-forth for food, that's missing I'm done I will not come back anymore

I bought the $5.99 shrimp and fish snd also, the $3.99 special butter shrimp to try them. Wow, super nice people and freshly made food. Delicious.
Back for lunch in September. I had the fish and shrimp plate for $9.49 with the coupon. Soo tasty! This store really cares about its food and customers. Thank you staff for treating me and my friend like welcome guests! ❤️

I've been a customer over 30yrs at this location on austell Rd. It's sad to see a business just go down the drain. I had high hopes for this establishment over the years, hoping for improvement, on all levels. I would love to just clean the place up, and see it thrive again! Owner if you are reading, plz reach out! I would love to run this establishment and get it back to 5star service! That's it, that's all.
Imagine sitting in the Drive-Thru for 25 minutes and getting your food and it's trash. Something about this location it is always a long wait on the Drive-Thru and they have the poorest customer service.

I ordered through drive thru today. I ordered two 2 pc fish and fries. The cashier asked if I needed any sauces. I kindly said tarter sauce and I asked if they still did the cups. In the past, they briefly stopped due to a shortage of supplies (i.e orders for supplies not being made in a timely manner per the manager post covid.) The cashier said the small cups. I replied oh okay...so you no longer have the large cups? She replied rudely "Not for fish and fries" and closed the window...I was appalled. I was trying to figure out why the attitude secondly it was just a question. She didn't ask if I wanted to purchase a large cup of tarter sauce and the attitude was unnecessary. Really a question about tarter sauce. Besides that I'm a customer, if I don't inquire I won't know. Some of the food was was not freshly cooked. The fish was fresh but the fries were hard and the hushpuppies were pre cooked. The service use to be friendlier. I think businesses forget that we are the consumer. You're providing a service. Without customers there would not be a need.

I have visited the drive thru a few times during the last few months and very impressed with the quality of my food and customer service. My food was consistently hot and fresh and my order was correct even though I’m always altering something. Jeremy and the restaurant crew are always friendly, courtesy and keeping me updated on my order as the food cooks. The other drive thru staff/cashier will throw in a few dad jokes if you’re willing to listen and feel entertained.

They were out of lemons, and the order wasn’t right. They didn’t add the bread in the order, and they put in okra instead of broccoli. The fish was great. No more crunchies with the fish though??
