Ordered online 4 All American CHEESE Burger.I got 4 Plain Hamburgers cold (NO CHEESE) Fries(cold) oh yeah the hamburger buns hard as a rock.I WILL NOT BE BACK .Do they understand people want there food just the way they ordered it and you would expect for them to do that !!

I ordered 1030 and I had to go to the second line to pick up my food.That line was out the parking lot and it took me thirty nine minutes to get my cold french fries and hamburgerI. And then the guy at the window didn't even know what I ordered.I had to tell him because he was gonna hand me a random bag with food in it.I did not order

So I ordered extra.picked and mayo, why did they put it in cups on the side? If thats the case I could have made my own food. This is ridiculous. It changes the sandwich when you have to go home and doctor your food. SMH..

First time to Checkers in probably well over 15 yrs. I was so excited to visit here because they've always had good cheeseburgers and hot seasoned fries. However, the fries were puny and total grease like they were cooked in old oil. The burger was smaller than I remember and not much flavor. Highly disappointed. I hoped for more. I know it's fast food but this was not what I expected.
