Chef Cary provided an elegant and flavorful experience for our garden wedding in Georgia. Starting with the private tasting, coordination and advice, ending with white glove service and a truly amazing night. The staff were polite & attentive tailoring each moment throughout the night as we progressed through our event. Veronica was awesome and assured all the deliverables were met allowing us to have fun and enjoy the event. The food was delicious and flavorful, each plate left empty minus few crumbs. From the first email to the tasting to the actual wedding, everything was easy and amazing. Chef Cary was so responsive and answered my 1000 questions before helping me finalize what I wanted our menu to look like, while keeping it affordable. He also has a ton of experience at my venue so everything ran smoothly - his team even helped set up the decor once the room was flipped. We had a 10/10 experience with Chef Cary and his entire team. Chef Cary catered our reception through our venue (Naylor Hall,) and it was easy and enjoyable from start to finish. The menus are very clearly organized, you know exactly what you are getting and what options you have. The staff is delightful and so helpful - we got so many ideas from them at the tasting for things we hadn't considered like where to order our cake from, what kind of presentation we wanted with catering, etc. Chef Cary is incredibly responsive and easy to work with. On top of all of that, the food was amazing. The #1 piece of feedback from our guests was the food was incredible and they were absolutely right. We are still dreaming about that mac n cheese! We got rave reviews from all of our guests from the hors d'oeuvres all the way to the cutting of the cake. His staff was prepared and able to get our guests served quickly. Our guests were able to choose what they wanted that night, not weeks in advance and could get more than one entree if they wanted. That was a very important detail for us when planning our wedding. Excellent job!
