Absolutely awful service. Waited 35 minutes for a sandwich and fry. In my time waiting I saw them taking medium fries and dumping the contents of said fry and insert it into a large fry for the people who paid $0.40 extra for a large. I would not recommend spending your dinning dollars at the location.

The young lady who took my order took a while getting to me and another young lady passed by and went to next vehicle taking the order which was rude and not apology. The young man at drive thru issuing the food went to vehicle behind me and gave them their order by passing my vehicle, I had to drive up and then they gave me my order. Bad customer service experience overall.

Service is getting better now since they hire more people. Didn't have to wait for a long time. On a personal note, the new girl on the job is very friendly and pretty. Also, remember my face because I'm typically not good with faces.Says she will remember my name too. Anyways, now I'm starting to believe the service is picking things up a little. Better than the other times.

Terrible. First of all, you can only order through grubhub. There is no way to order at the register. The place is severely understaffed and it takes really, really long to get your food (if you get it at all, that is.) The sushi place next to it is managed by the same people. I waited for about half an hour to be able to pay for my sushi because the two workers that were there were too busy to bat an eye. Sad service, do better KSU.

Took about 50 mins to even get my food. I understand fast food work can be difficult at times but this much wait time is a little difficult to wait out especially if you have to go to another class and you want something to eat somewhat quick.

On average takes considerably longer between ordering and receiving food than a standard chik fil a. There is usually a large number of people waiting regardless of time of day, and they charge for a cup of water when there’s a water fountain down the hall. Needs better management.

Tried to get my kid something to eat between teaching classes. A group of people were left waiting for food while others would walk up and get taken care of right away. This is disturbing as I talked with those waiting to find out it was mainly tenders (fried) or sandwiches(fried) that were ordered and waited for. If items were grilled or took longer to cook, then it would be understandable. Hearing someone order the same combo as my daughter a couple orders after us and then seeing them leave well before us was a major disappointment. If this behavior just affected me, then I would overlook it, but having it affect my 8 year old daughter...

Poop Dick

Pulled up for lunch in my work truck, which is too big to fit in the drive through or in the parking spot without blocking traffic. Pulled around the side and saw a truck and trailer parked parallel to the curb, so I pulled behind and did the same to keep my truck from impeding traffic. Went inside to eat, and as I was attempting to pay, the manager asked me to leave and started complaining about his insurance for some reason. Seems you don’t want my business, so I got a refund immediately and I’ll no longer be supporting your business at any location as you clearly don’t want it.
