Just ordered through the drive thru and asked for 4 sides of pickles to go with my meal assuming they would come in the small cups. When I got my order there were 2 pickles in a big cup. So I proceeded to go inside to get more only to hear one of the leads/supervisor’s continue to make jokes to the people in the back about extra pickles while I was standing there. Very unprofessional and what exactly was funny!?!?
Good food. Quick and easy. I didn’t have any issues. They made sure I got every single item and I ordered a lot.
Never have we been to a bad Chic-fil-a. Till today. Long line. One register. Slow person at said register. No paper in register to give a receipt. Had to load paper to give me my paper receipt. When finally got meal, had to ask for granddaughter’s milk & our coke. Wouldn’t recommend this location.
If you go to Chick-fil-A for the service, skip this one. I've never seen a more poorly run location. Dozens of people just wandering like zombies behind the counter. No one has any clue what is going on. Drive out of your way to avoid this terrible location.
Customer Service is consistently friendly and business like with good food and quick service.
This location has very poor execution. First, whether you go inside or through the drive through (driveslow?), the service is slow, slow, slow. I've been to ton's of CFA's and this one is consistently slower than others.
But today's review is because their order fulfilment accuracy is horrible. Today was the 3rd time in the last few months I picked up food at the drive through, didn't thoroughly check the order (my mistake), and got home with a partial order. There are few more frustrating things than having to drive back to the restaurant for food that should have been in the bag in the first place and having to wait in a slow line for a second time to get whatever was missed.
Related observation - even when the location is busy, there's no sense of urgency.

Been sitting here in line for 15 min after basically becoming trapped. Decided to order food anyways, regardless of it taking a bit. Still waiting for a chicken mini. This has to be the slowest location around. Maybe pass this one up and go to another location nearby.

Went today, and David was the epitome of Chick-fil-A service!!! From the minute he took my order, to in between customers, he genuinely cared. Great job.
That being said; I just got home and opened my sandwich; it’s cold, the chickens is tiny, and didn’t even have a pickle. I’m sad to have to change my rating from 5 to 3, but it happens. Going to call and see if they’ll fix it.

To be honest I'm not big on leaving reviews but this location has to be the worst Chick-fil-A in Georgia. Every time I go there they always get my order wrong and then when I asked them to fix it they always get an attitude and then sometimes they don't even rectify what the issue was.
In one situation I asked for no tomatoes and for my chicken to be on the side of my salad because I was taking it to work and I don't like my lettuce wilty. Well this is the only place I know that will charge you extra just for you to put chicken on the side. And when I got my order there was no chicken (which I paid extra just for it to be on the side) then my salad had tomatoes still inside. And of course they didn't give me dressings either. The toppings for the salad where supposed to be for the spicy southwest. I ended up with toppings for a parfait. (Almonds and Granola) And was told "that's what the salad gets" before the girl even looked to see what was wrong with the order.
So to make it easy when I return I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese pickles on the side jalapenos on the side. Well the girl comes out and tells me that they don't have jalapenos even though I've been charged for it already. Then as they hand me my bag they put my cheese in a separate container cold not on my sandwich. Like who does this. The main reason I go to this location is because it's close to my house but now I have no problem spending the extra time and effort going to a different Chick-fil-A knowing that I'll actually get my order right. and I started to notice that it's a common occurrence with a closing shift and they seem to be lazy and don't want to do their job and when they get wrong orders they seem to always have an attitude and not want to fix it.

Several times was not given the full order. The only reason I keep coming back here is because it's a convenient location.

I actually didn’t realize a Chikfila could be this bad lol I left the same review 3 years ago and it never got better. Staff is ok, but it’s the drive thru design that is completely boo boo.

When I say this is the worst chick fil a I’ve ever came across !! I means it’s consistently gets worse . Hasn’t been a good location since they’ve opened !!!

Woman at the drive through had an attitude when we shared that they gave us the wrong drink. After we said thanks for our food, she just walked away - not even a "you're welcome," let alone a "my pleasure." There were other mistakes made in the accuracy of our order as well.

This location charges for extra sauce. Then, they gave me the wrong sauce after charging me. I also waited forever in the drive thru. The slowest CFA I have ever been to. The visit before this one I ordered a vanilla coffee, and it had no vanilla in it at all. I would recommend driving to the Windy Hill location and avoid this location at all costs!!!
